퇴원손상심층조사자료를 이용한 운수사고 유형별 특성 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 운수사고 환자의 특성과 운수사고 유형에 따른 관련 요인을 분석하기 위하여 질병관리청의 2019년부터 2020년도 퇴원손상심층조사 자료를 이용하여 복합표본 빈도분석, 기술통계분석, 복합표본 교차분석, 복합표본 일반선형모형분석을 실시한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 년도, 성별, 연령, 병원소재지, 지불방법, 주수술유무, 치료결과에서 운수사고 유형과는 유의한 연관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 일반적 특성, 진료특성, 운수사고 유형에 따른 재원일수의 차이에서는 연령, 병원소재지, 지불방법, 주수술유무, 치료결과, 운수사고 유형과 재원일수는 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 운수사고 발생과 재원일수를 줄이기 위한 예방 대책 및 정책 수립에 대한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다.

영문 초록

This study aims to analyze the factors associated with the characteristics of patients with transportation accidents and the types of accidents. The study analyzed the data from the Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's National Hospital Discharge Injury Data from 2019 to 2020 and conducted complex samples frequency analysis, descriptive statistic analysis, complex samples cross-tabulations, and general linear model analysis. The results are as follows. First, the study reveals that the year, gender, age, hospital location, payment method, surgical history, and treatment results are significantly associated with the types of transportation accidents. Second, the differences in the length of the hospital stay by general characteristics, treatment characteristics, and types of transportation accidents are significantly associated with age, hospital location, payment method, surgical history, treatment results, and the types of transportation accidents. Based on the results, this paper would like to provide the baseline data for preventive methods and policy establishment to reduce the occurrence of transportation accidents and the length of hospital stays.
