EMR 인증제 추진 목적에 대한 의료기관 직종별 인식도 조사 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 EMR 전자의무기록시스템 인증원에서 2023년 3주기 사용인증을 받은 상급종합병원과 종합병원 의료기관 종사자 중 EMR system을 이용하는 직종별 내부인식 및 국민, 의료기관 그리고 산업계 관점에 대한 인식도를 조사하였다. 본 연구는 전자의무기록 인증제도의 단, 장기 발전 방안을 도모하기 위해 진행되었다. 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 총 1,200명의 응답 자료를 수집하였으며, 수집된 자료를 이용하여 연구 분석을 수행하였다. EMR 인증 후 직종별 내부인식과 EMR 인증 추진 목적에 대한 직종별 인식 차이를 검증하기 위해 평균분석과 ANOVA를 적용하였다. 분석된 결과 내부인식에서는 의사와 간호사 직군에서 높은 인식도가 나타났으며 EMR 인증제의 시행을 계기로 의료기관 종사자들은 국민, 의료기관, 산업계의 관점에서 높은 인식도를 보였다. 해를 거듭할수록 모든 직종에서 인식도가 상승되였으며, 후속 연구와 비교해 더 높은 인식 수준이 나타났다. 따라서 전자의무기록 시스템 인증 후 다양한 측면에서 운영 효과가 나타났다. 향후 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 소통을 강화시킨 후속 연구의 필요성이 제기된다.

영문 초록

This study investigated internal awareness by occupation using the EMR system among tertiary general hospitals and general hospital medical institution applicants for the 3rd cycle of use certification in 2023 by the EMR Electronic Medical Record System Certification Institute. We collected response data from a total of 1,200 people, and analyzed the study using the collected data. After EMR certification, mean analysis and ANOVA were applied to verify the similarity of internal awareness by occupation and the perception of the purpose of EMR certification by occupation. As a result of the analysis, a high degree of internal recognition was detected in the doctors and military occupations, and with the escape from the EMR certification system, medical institution officials reduced the high decimals in the citizens, medical institutions, and industries. In all occupations that pull the year, recognition is seen commercial decorating, clip work and high recognition polish. The operational effectiveness of the electronic medical record system has been demonstrated.
