고령자의 국가건강검진 수검률 관련 요인

국문 초록

본 연구는 고령자의 국가건강검진 수검률에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 종합적으로 분석하여, 수검률 제고를 위한 시사점을 제시하고자 실시되었다. 국민건강보험동우회사회적협동조합이 국민건강보험공단으로부터 위탁받아 실시한 ‘고령자 등 취약계층 건강관리 실태 조사’ 자료를 분석한 연구로 연구대상자는 총 3,480명이다. 연구결과 일반적 특성(성별, 연령), 건강상태 및 건강행위(흡연, 음주), 검진태도(건강검진의 질병 예방, 치료 및 관리 도움 정도, 질병 예방을 위한 정기적 건강검진 수검 여부, 건강검진의 장애 요인 발생 시 정기적 건강검진 미수검 여부)에 따른 건강검진 수검률 차이를 보였다. 향후 고령자의 국가건강검진 수검률에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 종합적으로 고려하여 고령자의 건강검진 수검률을 높이고, 고령자의 건강상태를 개선하며 의료비용 절감에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to comprehensively analyze the factors affecting the national health screening rate of the elderly and provide suggestions for improving the rate. The study analyzed data from the 'Survey on Health Care for the Elderly and Other Vulnerable Populations', which was commissioned by National Health Insurance Fellowship Social Cooperative and conducted by the National Health Insurance Service, with a total of 3,480 participants. The results showed differences in health checkup rates according to general characteristics(gender, age), health status and health behaviors(smoking, drinking alcohol) and attitudes toward health screenings. By comprehensively considering the factors that affect the national health screening rate of the elderly, it will be possible to increase the health screening rate of the elderly, improve their health status, and contribute to reducing medical costs.
