국문 초록

본 연구에서는 보건의료정보관리사 국가시험을 컴퓨터기반시험(CBT)으로 전환하기 위한 평가 시스템을 연구하여, 컴퓨터기반 국가시험 운영모델을 제시하고자 한다. 이에 따라 CBT 모형으로 필기시험은 이론 객관식 문항을 컴퓨터 기반으로 전환하고 실기시험은 종이 의무기록지를 디지털화하여 시험 시스템에 업로드, 디지털 챠트 뷰어 시스템을 사용하여 질병코드와 의료행위코드를 검색하고 선정하는 방식을 적용한다. 또한 디지털 챠트 뷰어 모델 설계, 코드 검색 모듈 설계, 실시간 모니터링 및 감독 시스템 도입, 자동 채점 및 성적통계정보 산출 기능을 설계한다. 실기시험 방식은 종이챠트와 CBT, 종이챠트와 퇴원분석, 전자챠트와 CBT, 전자챠트와 퇴원분석 방식으로 특성을 분석하였다. CBT 전환을 통해 시험의 효율성, 공정성, 보안성, 수험자 편의성을 높일 수 있지만 대학과 학생들의 CBT 경험, 컴퓨터 사용 능력 향상, 모의시험 경험, 시스템 구축 및 유지보수 비용 등의 준비가 필요하다.

영문 초록

This study aims to transition the national examination for health information managers to a computer-based test (CBT) format and propose an operational model. The CBT model converts theoretical multiple-choice questions in the written exam to a computer-based format and digitizes paper medical records for the practical exam, uploading them to the system, and using a digital chart viewer to search for and select disease and procedure codes. It also involves designing a digital chart viewer model, a code search module, a real-time monitoring system, and automatic scoring and statistical analysis functions. Practical exam methods are analyzed using configurations like paper chart and CBT, paper chart and discharge analysis, electronic chart and CBT, and electronic chart and discharge analysis. While transitioning to CBT can enhance exam efficiency, fairness, security, and candidate convenience, it requires preparations such as accumulating CBT experience for universities and students, improving computer skills, gaining mock exam experience, and covering system construction and maintenance costs.
