국문 초록

본 연구는 코로나19 팬데믹 기간 비수도권 65세 이상 노인 입원환자의 수도권 지역 의료이용에 관한 특성 및 요인을 분석하였다. 65세 이상 중 500병상 이상 의료기관에서 입원한 환자 중 주진단이 코로나-19 NOS이며 거주지가 수도권을 제외한 비수도권 77,254건을 빈도분석, 교차분석, 로지스틱회귀분석을 실시한 결과. 첫째, 연령은 65-74세, 75-84세, 85세 이상 순으로 높았다. 거주지역은 충북, 충남, 강원, 전북, 전남 순으로 높았고 수술을 시행한 경우 수도권 지역 의료이용이 높았다. 둘째, 주진단은 신생물, 근골계, 신경계 질환 등 순으로 수도권 지역 의료이용에 영향을 미쳤으며, 특히 65-74세, 거주지역은 충북, 주진단에서는 신생물 환자들이 수도권 지역 의료이용에 높은 영향을 미쳤다.

영문 초록

This study analyzed the characteristics and factors of medical service use in the metropolitan area of Inpatient aged 65 or older in the non-metropolitan area during the COVID-19 pandemic. Among the inpatient at hospital with 500 beds or more among those aged 65 or older, the principal diagnosis hospitals was COVID-19 NOS, and the residence was 77,254 cases in the non-metropolitan area excluding the metropolitan area. First, the ages were 65-74 years old, 75-84 years old, and 85 years old or older, in the order of frequency analysis, cross-analysis, and logistic regression analysis. The residential areas were high in the order of Chungbuk, Chungnam, Gangwon, Jeonbuk, and Jeonnam, and medical use in the metropolitan area was high when surgery was performed. Second, the principal diagnosis affected the medical use in the metropolitan area in the order of neoplasm, myocardial system, and nervous system diseases, and in particular, the residential area was 65-74 years old, and in the principal diagnosis, neoplastic patients had a high impact on medical use in the metropolitan area.
