간호대학생의 간호전문직관에 영향을 미치는 요인

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 전공만족도와 감성지능의 정도를 확인하고, 간호대학생의 간호전문직관에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위함이다. G도에 소재하는 2개 대학교 간호학과에 재학중인 학생 180명을 대상으로 하였으며, 2024년 4월 1일부터 4월 19일까지 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, Independent sample t-test, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, Multiple regression을 통해 분석하였다. 연구결과 전공만족도와 감성지능은 간호전문직관에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 설명력은 53.0%였다. 전공만족도 및 감성지능과 간호전문직관의 관계를 함께 확인함으로써 간호대학생의 긍정적인 간호전문직관의 정립을 위한 간호교육의 방향을 제시하고 교육프로그램 개발을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of Satisfaction in major and Emotional intelligence on Nursing professionalism of nursing college students. Methods : Data were collected from April 1, 2024 to April 19, 2024. 180 nursing students who lived in 2 unniversity the G provence were recruited.The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression using SPSS 21.0 program. As a result of the study, Satisfaction in major and emotional ntelligence were found to have a significant effect on Nursing professionalism and the explanatory power was 53.0%. By confirming the relationship between satisfaction in major, emotional intelligence, and nursing professionalism, we aim to suggest the direction of nursing education to establish a positive nursing professionalism in nursing students and provide basic data for the development of educational programs.
