혈액투석 환자의 신종 감염병 두려움과 사회적 거리두기 행동이 건강 행위에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 혈액투석 환자의 신종 감염병 두려움과 사회적 거리두기 행동이 건강 행위에 미친 영향을 알아보기 위해 COVID-19을 중심으로 충북 C시의 9개 의료기관에서 지속적으로 3개월 이상 혈액투석을 받고 있는 20세 이상의 성인177명을 분석하였다. 첫째, 종교(p<.05) 및 흡연여부(p<.01)에 유의한 차이를 보였다. 둘째, 신종 감염병, 사회적 거리두기 행동과 건강 행위에서 사회적 거리두기와 건강 행위간 상관관계를 보였다(p<.01). 셋째, 건강 행위에 미친 요인을 분석한 결과 흡연여부(p<.01)와 신종 감염병 두려움(β=-.127, p<.05), 사회적 거리두기가 건강 행위에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다(β=.568, p<.001).

영문 초록

This study analyzed 177 adults over the age of 20 who have been undergoing hemodialysis for more than 3 months at 9 medical institutions in C, North Chungcheong Province, focusing on COVID-19, to find out the effect of fear of new infectious diseases and social distancing behavior on health behavior in hemodialysis patients. As a result of the analysis, first, there was a significant difference in religious status (p<.05) and smoking status (p<.01). Second, there was a correlation between social distancing and health behavior in new infectious diseases, social distancing behavior and health behavior (p<.01). Third, as a result of analyzing the factors affecting health behavior, it was found that smoking status (p<.01), fear of new infectious diseases (β=-.127, p<.05), and social distancing affect health behavior (β=.568, p<.001).
