성인의 비자살적 자해 관련 국내 연구 동향 분석

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 국내 성인의 비자살적 자해 관련 연구 동향을 분석함으로써 비자살적 자해에 대한 연구의 흐름을 파악하고 향후 비자살적 자해의 연구 방향을 제시하고자 함이다. 연구진이 개발한 분석기준을 이용하여 2020년부터 2024년까지 109편의 논문을 검토하였다. 연구설계는 양적연구 96편(88.07%), 질적연구 13편(11.93%)로 나타났다. 연구 대상자는 대학생 40편(36.70%), 성인 61편(55.96%), 중장년 1편(0.92%), 기타 7편(6.42%)이었다. 연구분야는 상담학이 49편(44.95%)으로 가장 많았고, 심리학 37편(33.94%), 교육학 15편(13.76%), 간호학 3편(2.75%), 의학 2편(1.83%), 사회복지학 1편(0.92%) 그리고 기타 2편(1.83%)이었다. 연구 변인은 총 156개였고, 개인 심리적 요인 122개(78.21%), 환경적 요인 20개(12.82%), 상담 및 치료 12개(7.69%), 기타 2개(1.28%)이었다. 앞으로 비자살적 자해 대상자의 다양한 생활경험에 대해 다양한 연구방법을 활용하여 충분한 연구가 이루어져야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze papers related to non-suicidal self-harm in adults to determine the current status of research and suggest future research directions. Using the analysis criteria developed by the researchers, 109 papers were reviewed from 2020 to 2024. The research design consisted of 96 quantitative studies (88.07%) and 13 qualitative studies (11.93%). The subjects of the study were 40 (36.70%) college students, 61 (55.96%) adults, 1 (0.92%) middle-aged, and 7 (6.42%) others. The most common research field was counseling with 49 papers (44.95%), followed by psychology 37 papers (33.94%), education 15 papers (13.76%), nursing 3 papers (2.75%), medicine 2 papers (1.83%), and social welfare 1 piece (0.92%) and 2 other pieces (1.83%). There were a total of 156 research variables, including 122 intrapersonal factors (78.21%), 20 environmental factors (12.82%), 12 counseling and treatment (7.69%), and 2 other factors (1.28%). Sufficient research must be conducted using a variety of research methods on the various life experiences of non-suicidal self-harm subjects in order to understand and educate the subject.
