요양병원 입원 노인환자의 질병군별 식사 유형에 따른 의료이용 특성

국문 초록

본 연구는 2006년 6월 1일부터 입원환자 식대의 보험적용 이후 입원환자의 영양공급에 따른 의료이용 특성을 살펴보고자 한다. 건강보험심사평가원 환자표본자료 2018년 고령환자 데이터셋(HIRA-APS)을 활용하여 1,617개 요양병원에 입원한 환자의 260,246건의 진료내역서을 이용하였다. 환자에게 공급된 식사유형을 일반식, 치료식, 경관영양유동식, 금식, 혼합식으로 분류하여, 환자분류군별, 질병군별, 진료결과별로 의료이용 특성을 분석하였다. 식대와 관련된 연구가 부족한 상황에서 이루어진 의미있는 연구이며, 이후 관련 정책 수립 및 식대 수가 산정에 관한 기초자료로 제공하고자 한다.

영문 초록

From June 1, 2006, this study aims to examine the characteristics of inpatients' medical use due to nutrition supply after insurance coverage for inpatients' meals. Patient sample data from the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service used 260,246 medical statements of patients admitted to 1,617 Long-term care hospitals using the 2018 elderly patient data set (HIRA-APS). The types of meals supplied to patients were classified into General, Therapeutic, Tube liquid , Nothing per oral, and mixed diets, and the characteristics of medical use were analyzed by patient classification, disease group, and treatment results. It is a meaningful study conducted at a time when there is a lack of research related to meal expenses, and we would like to provide it as basic data on the establishment of related policies and calculation of meal expenses.
