국문 초록

본 연구에서는 대학 교수학습센터에서 제공하는 학습지원 프로그램의 성과를 종합적으로 평가하기 위한 BSC(Balanced Score Card) 기반의 성과평가 모형을 개발하고 적용하는 데 있다. 문헌 연구를 통해 성과평가의 이론적 배경을 조사하고, BSC 모형을 교육 분야에 맞게 수정하여 학습지원 프로그램에 적용 가능한 평가 체계를 설계하였다. 재무, 수요자, 운영, 프로그램의 네 가지 관점에서 성과평가 지표를 설정하고, 이를 기반으로 대학의 다양한 학습지원 프로그램의 성과를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 특정 프로그램들이 높은 성과를 보임을 확인하였으며, 동시에 개선이 필요한 영역을 확인하였다. 개발된 BSC 기반 성과평가 모형은 대학 학습지원 프로그램의 다각도에서의 성과를 평가하는 데 유용하였으며, 프로그램의 강점과 개선점을 명확하게 확인할 수 있었다. 이 연구를 통하여 대학 교수학습센터가 학습지원 프로그램의 질을 개선하고, 대학 교육의 질적 향상에 기여하길 기대한다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to develop and apply a Balanced Scorecard (BSC)-based performance evaluation model for comprehensively assessing the outcomes of learning support programs offered by university teaching and learning centers. Through literature research, the theoretical background of performance evaluation was investigated, and the BSC model was modified to fit the educational sector, designing an applicable evaluation system for learning support programs. Performance evaluation indicators were established from four perspectives: financial, customer, internal processes, and program, based on which the effectiveness of various university learning support programs was analyzed. The analysis identified certain programs that demonstrated high performance and also pinpointed areas requiring improvement. The developed BSC-based performance evaluation model proved to be useful in assessing the multifaceted performance of university learning support programs, enabling clear identification of strengths and areas for enhancement. This research anticipates contributing to the improvement of learning support program quality in university teaching and learning centers and, consequently, to the qualitative enhancement of university education.
