국문 초록

본 연구는 보육교사의 전문성 지원환경과 테크놀로지 수용의도가 테크놀로지 교과교육학지식에 미치는 영향력에 대해 알아보고, 이를 통해 테크놀로지 시대로 빠르게 변화하는 현장에 적응하고 대처할 수 있는 방안을 모색하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구대상은 경기도와 충청도에 위치한 어린이집 유아반에 근무하는 보육교사 262명이며, 보육교사의 전문성 지원환경, 테크놀로지 수용의도, 테크놀로지 교과교육학지식에 대해 알아보기 위해 총 80문항으로 구성된 질문지 조사를 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료에 대해 Pearson 상관관계 분석과 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 보육교사의 전문성 지원환경 및 테크놀로지 수용의도와 테크놀로지 교과교육학지식 간에는 유의미한 상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 보육교사의 테크놀로지 수용의도, 전문성 지원환경의 하위변인 중 교사 자율성과 의사결정, 전문성 학습 및 발달을 위한 기회의 순으로 보육교사의 테크놀로지 교과교육학지식에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과는 보육 현장에서 유아들에게 테크놀로지 경험을 제공하는 교사의 테크놀로지 교과교육학지식을 향상시키기 위해서는 교사의 전문성을 지원하는 어린이집의 직무환경을 조성하고, 테크놀로지의 필요성을 인정하고 수용하는 교사 인식을 강화시키는 교사교육이 필요하다는 것을 시사한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to find practical ways to improve daycare teachers’ technology-pedagogical and content knowledge by examining the relationships between professional support environment and intention to use technology and technology-pedagogical and content knowledge in daycare teacher. The subjects of this study were 262 early childhood teachers working at daycare centers in Gyeonggi-do and Chungcheongnam-do. The analysis tool of this study is a questionnaire consisting of 80 questions. The collected data were subjected to Pearson correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis. As the results of this study, first, there were significant correlations between daycare teachers’ professional support environment and intention to use technology and technology-pedagogical and content knowledge, and it was found that there were significant correlations between each sub-variable. Second, the effects of daycare teachers’ intention to use technology and teachers’ autonomy and decision-making, and opportunity of professional learning and development among the sub-variables of professional support environment on technology-pedagogical and content knowledge were significant and larger respectively in the order from highest to lowest. These results suggest that professional support environment and intention to use technology should be developed in order to improve daycare teachers’ technology-pedagogical and content knowledge.
