국문 초록

본 연구는 놀이 중심 교육과정 실천역량 자기평가가 유아교사의 놀이민감성에 미치는 영향이 어떠한지 살펴보고자 한다. 유아교사가 놀이 중심 교육과정을 스스로 평가하여 보다 나은 실천과 반성 및 평가로 자신을 돌아보고 개선해나가는 능동성과 놀이 민감성을 증진하고 촉진하는 데에 기초 자료를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구대상은 P시와 G도에 소재한 어린이집에 근무하는 유아교사 538명이다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 23.0을 이용하여 ANOVA와 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 인구사회학적 변인에 따른 유아교사의 놀이민감성의 차이에서 연령, 기관유형, 학력, 자격 등은 유의미한 차이를 보였고, 자격취득 경로는 유의미한 차이가 없었다. 둘째, 놀이 중심 교육과정 실천역량 자기평가에서 관찰과 기록, 자료 및 공간지원, 민주적 교실운영이 유아교사의 놀이민감성에 영향을 미쳤으며, 놀이민감성의 하위요인인 놀이지원, 놀이해석, 유아이해, 놀이관찰에 유의미한 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 유아교사 자기평가와 더불어 교사교육의 개편과 관련된 체계적인 제도마련이 필요함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to provide fundamental data for methods to promote activeness to look back on and improve oneself through better practice, reflection, and evaluation and play sensitivity in early childhood teachers by investigating the effects of self-assessment of play-based curriculum practice competency on their play sensitivity. The subjects were 538 early childhood teachers working in early childhood education institutions located in P city and G-do. The collected data were analyzed using ANOVA and multiple regression analysis of SPSS 23.0. The results are as follows: First, for the difference in play sensitivity of early childhood teachers according to their sociodemographic variables, age, type of institution, educational background, qualification led to significant differences while the pathway to qualification did not. It was found that observation and recording, data and space support, and democratic classroom management had significant effects on the sub-factors of play sensitivity: play support, play interpretation, understanding of children, and play observation. These results suggest, in addition to the need for self-assessment of early childhood teachers, reorganization of teacher education and preparation of a systematic system.
