국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 2022 개정 교육과정에 제시된 6가지 핵심역량에 대한 보육교사의 인식을 조사하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 서울, 경기 지역 어린이집 재직 중인 보육교사 9인을 대상으로 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 질적연구 분석을 통해 6개 핵심역량에 따른 15개의 의미를 도출하였다. 연구 결과, 자기관리 역량은 자기이해, 자기표현, 자기정서조절로 인식하고, 지식정보처리 역량은 정보의 수집, 분석 및 활용으로 인식하였다. 창의적 사고 역량은 개방적 사고, 유아에 대한 다양한 관점 수용, 창의적인 교수법 실행으로 인식하였고, 심미적 정서 역량은 자연의 아름다움에 대한 인식, 다양한 미적 가치 수용, 내적 정서 정화로 인식하였다. 협력적 소통 역량은 타인의 감정 인식, 상황에 대한 적절한 자기표현으로 인식하였고, 공동체 역량은 타인에 대한 배려, 공동체에 대한 소속감과 주인의식으로 인식하였다. 이를 통해 미래사회에 대비하는 보육교사의 역량을 강화하기 위해 다각적인 제도적, 정책적 지원이 필요함을 제안하고 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the perceptions of childcare teachers regarding the six core competencies presented in the revised 2022 educational curriculum. To achieve this, focus group interviews were conducted with nine childcare teachers working in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. Through qualitative research analysis, 15 meanings related to the six core competencies were extracted from the collected data. The study results have revealed that self-management competency was perceived as self-understanding, self-expression, and self-emotion regulation. Knowledge and information processing competency was perceived as information collection, analysis, and utilization. Creative thinking competency was perceived as open-minded thinking, accepting diverse perspectives on children, and implementing creative teaching methods. Aesthetic emotion competency was perceived as an appreciation for the beauty of nature, accepting diverse aesthetic values, and inner emotional purification. Collaborative communication competency was perceived as recognizing others' emotions and appropriate self-expression in various situations. Community competency was perceived as consideration for others, a sense of belonging to the community, and a sense of ownership. These findings suggested that multifaceted institutional and policy support is needed to foster the competencies of childcare teachers in preparation for future society.
