우연 학습이론으로 본 대학생들의 노인복지관 교사경험에 관한 사례연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 우연 학습이론을 기반으로 우연한 경험과 우연적 사건이 대학생들의 진로방향설정에 어떤 영향을 미치는가를 알아보고 경험에 관한 의미와 본질을 탐색하는 데 있다. 본 연구에 참여한 대학생은 총 5명으로 2022년 4월부터 8월까지 10회기에 걸쳐 노인복지관 노인들을 대상으로 수업을 진행하였다. 연구의 분석을 위해 면담자료와 내용분석방법이 활용되었으며 연구결과로 도출된 시사점은 연구 참여자들의‘노인들에 대한 관점과 인식의 변화’와‘우연한 경험으로 인한 내적동기와 자신감 향상’이다. 이러한 연구결과는 진로와 취업에 고민하는 대학생들에게 우연으로 인한 진로탐색 활동 경험이 삶의 또 다른 방향설정에 긍정적 변화를 하게 하였다는 점에서 연구의 의의가 있으며 결과적으로 대학생들에게 다양한 우연적 사건이나 우연기술을 활용한 진로 프로그램과 진로교육을 확대할 필요가 있음을 시사한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of chance experiences and serendipitous events on college students' career direction based on the theory of chance learning, and to explore the meaning and essence of experience. A total of 5 university students participated in this study, and classes were held for the elderly in the elderly welfare center for 10 sessions from April to August 2022. Interview data and content analysis methods were used to analyze the study, and the implications derived from the research results were ‘changes in perspectives and perceptions of the elderly’and‘improvement of internal motivation and confidence due to chance experiences’ of the research participants. These research results are significant in that the accidental experience of career exploration activities led to positive changes in setting another direction in life for college students who were worried about career paths and employment. As a result, college students were able to learn various coincidental events and coincidental techniques. This suggests that there is a need to expand career programs and career education utilizing.
