국문 초록

해상운송분야 디지털 전환(Digital Transformation)이란 “해상운송 관련 기업이 새로운 비즈니스모델, 제품, 및 서비스를 창출하기위하여 인공지능, 빅데이터, 사물인터넷, 블록체인, 클라우드 등의 디지털 기술을 활용함으로써 고객 및 시장의 파괴적 변화에 적응하거나 이를추진하는 지속적인 프로세스”로 정의할 수 있다(장, 2021). 국내 항만물류분야에서 다양한 디지털 전환 기술이 적용되고, 사용되기 시작한 상황에서 구성원들의 적극적인 수용이 디지털 전환의 성공을 가져올 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국내 항만물류분야의 디지털 전환에 대한 수용성을 알아보기 위하여

Digital Transformation in the maritime transportation sector means “by utilizing digital technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, Internet of Things, block chain, and cloud to create new business models, products, and services for maritime transportation-related companies. It can be defined as a continuous process that adapts to or drives disruptive changes in the market” (Chang, 2021). In a situation where various digital conversion technologies are applied and started to be used in the domestic port logistics field, active acceptance by members can bring about the success of digital conversion.
