국문 초록

본고는 이봉구의 글쓰기를 194-50년대 재난과 명동이라는 두 키워드를 중심으로 살펴보며, 재난 공동체에 대한 전망을 펼쳐보인다는 점에서 가치매김하고자 한다. 백작의 호명과 목격자의 감각 사이에서 이봉구는 194-50년대 명동을 정치사회적 현실에 대한 ‘다른 공간’(헤테로토피아)으로 포착하고 증언한다. 1960년대 이봉구의 텍스트에서 194-50년대 명동거리는 문화인이든 아니든 모두가 서로에 대한 신뢰, 돌봄과 우정으로 엮이는 재난 공동체의 특성을 보여준다. 이봉구는 194-50년대 명동을 재난의 헤테로토피아로 형상화함으로써 정치적 현실에 대한 대항공간, 이데올로기적 대립에 대한 와해와 전복의 가능성을 환기한다. 재난과 상실의 시간, 우정과 연대의 공간으로서 명동을 환기함으로써 1960년대 자본주의 사회현실을 일정하게 비판하고 있는 것이다.

영문 초록

This paper examines Lee Bong-gu’s writings, focusing on two keywords: disaster and Myeong-dong in the 194-50s, and tries to value them in that they open up the prospects for disaster community. Between the call of the count and the sense of the witnesses, Lee Bong-gu captures and testifies to Myeong-dong in the 194-50s as a ‘different space’ (heterotopia) of political and social reality. In the text of Lee Bong-gu in the 1960s, Myeong-dong streets in the 194-50s show the characteristics of a disaster community where everyone, whether cultural or not, is woven with trust, care and friendship. By portraying Myeong-dong in the 194-50s as a disaster heterotopia, Lee Bong-gu evokes a space of opposition to political reality, and the possibility of disintegration and overthrow of ideological confrontation. He is criticizing the reality of capitalism society in the 1960s by evoking Myeong-dong as a time of disaster and loss, a space of friendship and solidarity.
