국문 초록

글로벌 아웃소싱을 통한 전략은 비용절감과 동시에 기업경쟁력 제고를 위한 전략적 차원에서 방안으로 인식되고 있다. 따라서 기업이 글로벌 아웃소싱을 해야 할 때 어떤 요인이 활용수준과 그 수준이 기업 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 규명하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 수출입 제조업체를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 실증 분석에 사용된 업체는 151개였으며, 글로벌 아웃소싱 결정요인과 성과와의 관계에서 물류, 제조, 판매와 통관부문의 병렬다중매개 효과 검증을 PROCESS for SPSS Macro를 사용하였다. 글로벌 아웃소싱 결정요인과 성과와의 관계에서 물류, 제조, 판매와 통관부문의 병렬다중매개 효과 검증한 결과, 직접효과를 분석한 결과에 의하면, 글로벌 아웃소싱 결정요인은 제조부문에, 제조부문은 성과에 정의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 글로벌 아웃소싱 결정요인은 판매부문에, 판매부문은 성과에 정의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 글로벌 아웃소싱 결정요인은 통관부문에, 통관부문은 성과에 정의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 매개변인의 간접효과를 살펴본 결과 글로벌 아웃소싱 결정요인은 제조, 통관부문을 통해서 성과에 간접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 글로벌 아웃소싱결정요인과 성과와의 관계에서 제조와 통관부문은 더욱 활성화 시킬 전략과 물류부문과 판매부문에 대한 활용수준을 높일 수 있는 방안을 고려할 필요성이 제기된다.

영문 초록

The strategy through global outsourcing is recognized as a strategic measure to reduce costs and enhance corporate competitiveness. Therefore, when a company needs to perform global outsourcing, the purpose of this study is to examine the level of utilization and how the level affects the company s performance. The survey was conducted on import and export manufacturers, and 151 companies were used for empirical analysis. for SPSS Macro was used. In the relationship between global outsourcing determinants and performance, as a result of examining the parallel multi-mediation effect of logistics, manufacturing, sales, and customs clearance, the direct effect analysis showed that the global outsourcing determinant was on the manufacturing sector and the manufacturing sector on performance. Definition was found to have a significant effect. It was found that the global outsourcing determinant had a positive effect on the sales division and the sales division positively affects the performance. It was found that the determinants of global outsourcing had a positive effect on the customs sector, and the customs department had a positive effect on the performance. As a result of examining the indirect effects of mediating variables, it was found that the determinants of global outsourcing indirectly affect performance through manufacturing and customs clearance Through this, in relation to global outsourcing determinants and performance, it is necessary to consider strategies to further revitalize the manufacturing and customs sectors and ways to increase the level of utilization in the logistics and sales sectors.
