국경 간 전자상거래 국내 연구동향 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 국경 간 전자상거래 연구들의 주요 연구주제, 연구방법론, 키워드를 활용한 다양한 분석을 실시하였다. 기간은 2010년부터 2020년까지이며, 수집된 문헌들의 분류방법은 SLNA의 분류체계, 분석방법은 영문 초록 데이터를 활용하여 NLP 분석을 적용하였다. 최종 273편의 문헌들이 분류되었으며 일반적 특성, 키워드 빈도분석, 연구방법론, 연관어 분석, scattertext, 토픽모델링 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과를 종합해보면 2014년부터 연구가 많이 증가하기 시작하였다. 연구방법론은 이론적고찰, 설문분석, 사례연구 순으로 사용되었다. 주요 연구주제로는 2010년부터 2015년까지 소비자 분쟁 연구가 많이 수행되었다. 2016년부터 2020년까지는 소비자들의 서비스 품질, 의도, 물류 등의 연구가 중점적으로 수행된 것으로 나타났다. 상기 연구주제에 포함되는 연구들이 주로 수행되고 있으며 연구주제의 다양성은 부족한 것으로 나타났다. 일부 연구주제로 국한되어 편향성이 지적되며 연구의 유사성으로 차별화된 시사점을 제시하는데 한계가 있었다. 다양한 연구를 위하여 연구주제, 방법론 등에서 기존 연구들과 차별성 있는 시도가 필요하다.

영문 초록

Purpose : This study aims to analyze the trends of cross border e-commerce research published in South Korea over the past 11 years. Research design, data and methodology : The data period is 2010-2020 and the research included in kci was used for the analysis. For the classification of literature, this study applied SLNA method. And the 273 literatures were classified. The analysis is keyword frequency, methodology, cosine similarity, scattertext and topic modeling analysis using English abstracts. Results : The results of the analysis show that the number of researches has increased since 2014. The methodology used in many cases was used in the order of conceptual analysis, survey. The main research topic was consumer dispute from 2010 to 2015. And the research on consumer service quality and logistics were mainly conducted from 2016 to 2020 Conclusions : The analysis results showed that the diversity of research topics was insufficient. In the future, efforts and attempts are needed to carry out differentiated research topics for the researchers in the area.
