국문 초록

본 연구는 국제무역에 있어서 물류환경과 물류제도에 대한 물류업계 종사자들의 평가지표라 할 수 있는 물류성과지표를 활용하여 한국과 EU FTA의 상품무역 효과를 분석하고자 하였다. 세계은행에서 발표한 물류성과지표는 관세통관, 물류시설, 선적의 용이성, 물류서비스, 물품추적역량, 운반의 정시성등의 6가지 지표로 물류역량을 종사자들의 설문을 통계 집계한 것으로 단순한 지표가 아닌 실제 종사자들의 평가를 반영하였다는 측면에서 의의가 있다. 이를 패널데이터를 활용한 중력모형을 이용하여 한국과 EU 회원국간의 상품무역에 어떠한 영향을 주는지를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 통해 물류인프라와 물류서비스 역량이 상품무역증대에 영향을 준다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

영문 초록

This study attempted to analyze the trade in goods effect of the Korea-EU FTA by using logistics performance index, which are evaluation indicators of logistics industry workers on the logistics environment and logistics system in international trade. The World Bank s logistics performance index are six indicators: customs clearance, logistics infra, ease of shipment, logistics services, goods tracking abilities, and on-time transportation, which are meaningful in that they reflect actual workers evaluations. The purpose of this was to examine how it affects commodity trade between Korea and EU member states using the gravity model using panel data. Through this, it was confirmed that logistics infrastructure and logistics service capabilities affect the increase in commodity trade.
