국문 초록

본 연구는 1인 성인가구의 정신건강과 삶의 질의 관계를 파악하고자 제7기 국민건강영양조사 자료를 이용하였다. 본 연구의 대상은 19세 이상 65세 이하의 성인 792명이었고, 자료분석은 SPSS/WIN 25.0 프로그램을 이용하였고, 사회인구학적 특성은 실수와 백분율, 평균, 표준편차로 파악하였고, 사회인구학적 특성에 따른 삶의 질은 복합표본 일반선형모형 t-검정으로 분석하였다. 사회인구학적 특성에 따른 정신건강은 Rao-Scott  -test로 분석하였으며, 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아보기 위하여 정신건강요인을 독립변수로 투입하여 일반선형회귀분석을 시행하였다. 연구결과, 사회인구학적 특성에 따른 삶의 질은 연령(F=6.116,, p<.001), 성별(t=5.685, p<.001), 결혼상태(t=5.404, p<.001), 교육수준(F=5.279, p<.001), 소득상태(F=5.194, p<.001), 주관적 건강상태(F=8.166, p<.001)에서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 나이가 많을수록 삶의 질이 낮아지고 1인 가구의 결혼상태에 따라서는 기혼인 경우가 삶의 질이 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 삶의 질에 미치는 요인은 스트레스 인지(β=.339, p=.002), 자살생각(β=1.028, p=.011), 정신문제 상담(β=.801, p=.017)으로 나타났고, 삶의 만족도에 대한 설명력은 11.9%로 나타났다. 1인 성인가구의 정신건강이 사회경제적 특성과 어떻게 상호작용하는지를 살펴보고 삶의 질에 미치는 정신건강 영향을 파악하고 이에 따른 중재방안을 모색해야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

This study used data from the 7th National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey to understand the relationship between mental health and quality of life of single-person adult households. The subjects of this study were 792 adults between the ages of 19 and 65, and the data analysis was performed using the SPSS/WIN 25.0 program. The quality of life was analyzed by t-test and ANOVA. Mental health according to sociodemographic characteristics was analyzed using the Rao-Scott  -test, and general linear regression analysis was performed with mental health factors as independent variables to examine the factors affecting the quality of life. As a result of the study, the quality of life according to sociodemographic characteristics was determined by age (F=6.116, p<.001), gender (t=5.685, p<.001), marital status (t=5.404, p<.001). There were significant differences in, education level (F=5.279, p<.001), income status (F=5.194, p<.001), and subjective health status (F=8.166, p<.001). It was found that the quality of life decreases as the age increases, and the quality of life of married individuals was found to be low depending on the marital status of single-person households. Factors affecting quality of life were found to be stress perception (β=.339, p=.002), suicidal ideation (β=1.028, p=.011), and counseling for mental problems (β=.801, p=.017). and the explanatory power of life satisfaction was 11.9%. It is necessary to examine how the mental health of single-person adult households interacts with socioeconomic characteristics, to identify the mental health factors affecting the quality of life, and to seek interventions accordingly.
