공동주택 주민의 자동심장충격기와 심폐소생술에 대한 인식과 태도 및 교육형태

국문 초록

본 연구는 공동주택 주민을 대상으로 자동심장충격기와 심폐소생술에 대한 인식과 태도 및 교육 형태를 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 자료수집은 G도 G시의 D아파트에 거주하고 있는 주민 250명을 대상으로 하여, 2019년 7월 1일부터 8월 31일까지 진행하였다. 수집한 자료는 SPSS/WIN 25.0을 이용하여 대상자의 일반적 특성에 따른 자동심장충격기와 심폐소생술에 대한 태도는 t-test, ANOVA, Scheffé test, 인식 및 교육 형태는 Chi-square를 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 자동심장충격기와 심폐소생술의 시행방법을 알고 있다고 답변한 주민(64.8%)들이 그렇지 않은 주민(35.2%)들보다 많았고, 심정지 환자에게 자동심장충격기와 심폐소생술을 시행할 의향이 있는 주민들이 그렇지 않은 주민들보다 많았다. 시행하지 않는 이유에 대해서는 자동심장충격기 사용방법을 모르기 때문이라는 응답이 가장 높게 나타났고, 응급상황을 경험해 본 주민들이 경험하지 않은 주민들보다 교육경험이 더 많은 것으로 나타나(x2=21.699, p<.001), 자동심장충격기사용법과 심폐소생술에 대한 교육의 필요성을 확인하였다. 따라서 응급상황 시 자동심장충격기사용과 심폐소생술의 시행률을 높이기 위하여 공동주택주민들을 대상으로 효율적인 자동심장충격기 사용법과 심폐소생술에 대한 교육 프로그램의 개발이 필요하다.

영문 초록

This study is a descriptive survey of residents of multi-family housing to understand their recognition, attitudes, and educational types of automated external defibrillator(AED) and cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR). Data collection was conducted from July 1 to August 31, 2019, targeting 250 residents living in D apartment in G-do. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS/WIN 25.0 for the attitude to automatic cardiac arrestors and cardiopulmonary resuscitation according to the general characteristics of the subject, using t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, recognition and training form Chi-square. According to the study, more residents answered that they knew how to implement AED and CPR, and more residents were willing to perform AED and CPR on patients with cardiac arrest than those who did not. The highest response was that they did not know how to use an AED and residents who experienced emergency situations had more educational experience than residents who did not experience it, confirming the need for education on how to use an AED and CPR. Therefore, the CPR and use a AED when an emergency heart rate to enhance the implementation of the Apartment Residents in the development of efficient AED and how to use the CPR training programme for the heart is needed.
