주거환경이 지속거주의사에 미치는 영향 분석

국문 초록

이 연구에서는 주거환경이 지속거주의사에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위하여 주거환경을 크게 물리적 요인, 사회적 요인, 자연적 요인으로 나누고, 변수들이 지속거주의사에 미치는 영향을 확인하였다. 2018년 인천연구원이 실시한 「인천시민 의식 구조와 정책 수요 분석」조사에서 인천시민 3,000명의 응답결과에 대하여 SPSS 20.0 활용하여 주거환경이 지속거주의사에 미치는 영향을 물리적 요인, 사회적 요인, 자연적 요인으로 나누어 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 물리적주거환경요인 구성변수들 중 거주주택 만족, 교통 만족, 주거의 편안함, 휴식공간의 만족, 의료시설의 만족, 쇼핑시설의 만족 순으로 지속거주의사에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 사회적 요인으로는 양육·교육환경의 만족, 공공시설 이용 만족, 치안·안전 만족, 문화예술의 풍성함, 경제산업의 발전정도가 지속거주의사에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 관광자원의 특색은 지속거주의사에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 세 번째로 자연적 요인으로 도시경관의 아름다움과 자연의 아름다움이 지속거주의사에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 인천시 시민들의 지속거주의사를 높일 수 있도록 지속거주에 미치는 영향을 미치는 정책수요와 시정운영에 대한 의견을 파악하고 인천시의 정책 사업을 추진해야 한다고 제언하였다.

영문 초록

In this study, to analyze the effect of the residential environment on the intention to continue living, the residential environment was divided into physical factors, social factors, and natural factors, and the influence of variables on the intention to continue living was confirmed. In the Incheon Citizens Awareness Structure and Policy Demand Analysis survey conducted by the Incheon Research Institute in 2018, SPSS 20.0 was used for the responses of 3,000 Incheon citizens, and the effect of the residential environment on the decision to continue living was divided into physical factors, social factors, and natural factors. A regression analysis was performed. As a result of the analysis, it was found that among the constituent variables of the physical residential environment factors, residential housing satisfaction, transportation satisfaction, residential comfort, rest space satisfaction, medical facility satisfaction, and shopping facility satisfaction were influencing the intention to continue living in the order of satisfaction. As for social factors, satisfaction with nurturing/educational environment, satisfaction with use of public facilities, satisfaction with public safety/security, abundance of culture and arts, and the degree of economic and industrial development were found to affect the history of sustainable residence, but the characteristics of tourism resources persisted. It was found to have a negative effect on the intention to reside. Third, as natural factors, it was found that the beauty of the urban landscape and the beauty of nature had a positive effect on the history of sustainable residence. Based on the results of this study, it was suggested that the policy needs and opinions on municipal administration that have an impact on sustainable residence should be identified, and policy projects of the city of Incheon should be promoted so that the intention to continue living in Incheon can be raised.
