m-러닝 재사용 의도에 관한 실증분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 모바일 기기와 무선인터넷의 활성화로 m-러닝 분야가 각광을 받는 현실을 반영하여 m-러닝 이용자들을 대상으로 연구를 수행하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 다음과 같다. 첫째, m-러닝 가치를 기능적 가치, 쾌락적 가치, 사회적 가치로 분류하여 살펴보고자 한다. 둘째, 확장된 TAM을 기반으로 m-러닝 가치와 지각된 유용성, 지각된 이용용이성, 지각된 신뢰와의 관계를 검증하고자 한다. 셋째, m-러닝에 대한 태도가 재이용 의도에 미치는 영향력을 분석하고자 한다. 분석을 위하여 m-러닝 이용자들을 대상으로 설문을 수행하였으며 172부의 설문지를 회수하였고, 수집된 자료를 이용하여 구조방정식모형으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, m-러닝 가치는 지각된 유용성, 지각된 이용용이성, 지각된 신뢰에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 이들 지각 변수들은 태도에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 m-러닝에 대한 태도는 재이용 의도에 긍정적인 영향력을 가지고 있었다. 본 연구는 m-러닝 관련 업체들에게 다양한 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

M-learning fields have been in the limelight because of the growth of mobile device and wireless internet, therefore the aims of this study are to provide an overview of the m-learning. First, the value of m-learning is classified as functional value, hedonic value, and social value. Second, we study the relationships among the value of m-learning, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived trust. Third, this study is to examine the relationship between attitude and reuse intention of the m-learning. We distributed questionnaires to m-learning users, 172 complete questionnaires were collected. The results of this study are as followed. First, the value of m-learning had positive effect on the perceived of usefulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived trust, and these variables had effect on the attitude. Second, the attitude has influence on the reuse intention. This study will be able to provide several contributions for companies relating to m-learning.
