산모가 지각한 남편의 분만 지지와 남편의 분만참여에 대한 태도가 분만경험에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 산모가 지각한 남편의 분만 지지, 남편의 분만참여에 대한 태도 및 분만경험 간의 관계를 파악하고, 산모의 분만경험에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 자료 수집은 2013년 9월 1일에서 9월 30일까지였으며, 연구 대상은 D광역시에 소재한 2차 여성병원 다섯 곳에서 정상 질식 분만한 산모로 총 178명의 설문지를 분석에 이용하였다. 산모가 지각한 남편의 분만 지지는 평균 28.60±12.47점으로 중간 정도의 수준이었으며, 남편의 분만참여에 대한 태도는 평균 107.01±15.83점으로 ‘긍정적인 태도’를 보였고, 분만경험은 평균 96.81±13.73점으로 중간 정도의 수준이었다. 분만경험은 남편의 분만 지지(r=.351, p<.001), 남편의 분만참여에 대한 태도(r=.429, p<.001)와 양(+)의 상관관계가 있었다. 산모의 분만경험에 영향을 미치는 요인은 남편의 정서적 분만 지지(β=.335), 분만에 대한 심리적 준비정도(β=.284), 남편의 분만참여에 대한 태도(β=.222), 남편 이외의 분만 지지자(β=.138)로 나타났으며 총 34.5%의 설명력을 보였다. 따라서 의료인은 산모의 분만에 대한 심리적 준비와 남편의 분만참여에 대한 긍정적인 태도 강화, 남편과 가족의 분만 지지를 높일 수 있도록 하고, 정서적 지지를 중점으로 한 지지강화프로그램을 마련하여, 산모가 보다 긍정적인 분만경험을 할 수 있도록 도와야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to identify the relations among husband’s supports during childbirth, attitudes toward husband’s childbirth presence, and the childbirth experiences in women. The participants in this study were 178 women who were within 2 days after normal spontaneous vaginal delivery. There were no health problems in mothers and babies and they were hospitalized in 5 hospitals for women in D city. Data were collected from September 1st to September 30th, 2013. The significant factors affected on the childbirth experiences in women were husband’s emotional supports during childbirth (β=.335), psychological preparation for childbirth (β=.284), attitudes toward husband’s childbirth presence (β=.222), and childbirth supporters other than husbands (β=.138). These variables explained 34.5% of the childbirth experiences in women. It would be necessary to develop nursing intervention programs that increasing psychological preparation for childbirth, positive attitudes toward husband’s childbirth presence to increase positive childbirth experiences in women. And it should help to more positive childbirth experiences by providing a support reinforcement prenatal education programs focus on the emotional support to improve the husbands and family supports.
