국문 초록

문화체육관광 노동력조사는 2013년 하반기 조사를 시작으로 그 이후 반기마다 조사하고 있다. 종사자규모를 층으로 하며, 300인 이상을 전수층으로 설정하고 있다. 전수층이 존재할 경우 다른 표본으로의 대체가 불가능하기 때문에 단위무응답이 발생하게 되면 추정을 위한 무응답 처리가 불가피 하다. 전수층에서 발생한 단위무응답은 전체 종사자수에 한해서 통상적으로 이전 조사결과 혹은 공시자료의 값 등을 활용하여 대체한다. 노동력 조사의 무응답 패턴은 한번 무응답이 발생하면 계속해서 무응답이 나타나는 순차적인 무응답 패턴을 보이지만 단조패턴의 형태가 아닌 특징을 가진다. 또한 노동력조사는 종사상 지위별 응답의 합이 전체 종사자수와 같아야 하는 규칙과 종사자수라는 변수 특성 상 0보다 크거나 같아야 하는 조건이 존재한다. 또한 각 변수는 연속형과 혼합형이 혼재하고 분포는 정규성을 만족하지 않는다. 이러한 자료는 정규성이 만족하도록 변수 변환 후, 0보다 크다는 조건을 전제로 대체적용 모형의 자료가 연속형인지 혼합형인지를 지정하여, 순차회귀대체 모형으로 무응답을 대체하면 편향이 없는 완전한 자료가 된다.

영문 초록

The culture, sports and tourism labor force survey have been conducted every half-year since second half of 2013. The design of the population is divided into size of employees and the census stratum is consisted of business that is worked over 300 employees. On surveying for the census stratum, the unit non-response is occurred often, so we have to adjust this non-response problem for estimation. We will impute the item non-response s variable of all employees with previous survey data or official data. The non-response pattern in survey is sequential, that is, if the former variable is non-response then the latter variable is missing. But the non-response pattern isn t monotone. In addition, the sum of the number of employees by work status is to equal total employee and number of employee have to be greater than or equals 0. Each type of variable is continuous or mixed, the distribution does not meet the normality. First of all, we have to transform variable into normality and to set up bound of variable s size. We will impute the non-response with the sequential regression imputation method then meet complete data. After imputation, we will adjust difference The sum of the number of employees by work status from total employees.
