국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 임상실습을 경험한 학생들의 지각된 위험이 감정적 반응, 만족도 및 추천의도에 미치는 영향에 대해 파악하기 위하여 강원, 경기, 충청에 소재하고 있는 응급구조학과 재학생 중 3, 4학년 남녀 228명을 대상으로 조사하였다. 수집된 자료는 Windows용 20.0을 사용하여 빈도분석, 상관관계 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 응급구조학과 학생들의 임상실습관련 지각된 위험, 감정적 반응, 만족도 및 추천의도 간의 정적 상관관계를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 임상실습을 경험한 학생들의 지각된 위험이 감정적 반응에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 내재위험, 기피위험, 위험상황으로 나타났고, 만족도와 추천의도에는 내재위험, 위험상황으로 나타났다. 감정적 반응이 만족도와 추천의도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 감정적 반응의 하위요인인 긍정적 반응과 부정적 반응 모두 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 임상실습을 경험한 학생들의 만족도가 추천의도에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통하여 응급구조학과 학생들의 임상실습관련 하여 영향을 주는 요인들에 대한 연구가 이루어져야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of perceived risk on emotional response, satisfaction level and intention of recommendation among students with clinical practice experience. The subjects in this study were 228 juniors and seniors in the departments of emergency medical technology in collages. The collected data were analyzed by a statistical package SPSS WIN 20.0, and frequency analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were made. First, there was a positive correlation among the perceived risk, emotional response, satisfaction level and recommendation intention of the students who had engaged in clinical practice. Second, as for the impact of perceived risk on emotional response, implied risk, avoided risk and risky situation were influential, and implied risk and risky situation had an impact on satisfaction level and intention of recommendation. Concerning the influence of emotional response on satisfaction level and intention of recommendation, both positive response and negative response that were the subfactors of emotional response exercised a significant influence on the two variables. Third, the satisfaction level of the students who majored in emergency medical technology had an impact on their intention of recommendation.
