국문 초록

본 연구는 과수 컨설팅에 참여하는 농업인들을 대상으로 만족도를 분석하여 컨설팅 효율성 제고방안 수립을 위한 기초자료로 활용하고자 수행하였다. 컨설팅 만족요인을 규명하기 위하여, 만족도를 종속변수로, 농업인의 사전준비, 지원사업 인식, 컨설팅 기관 및 컨설턴트 역량을 독립변수로 하여 다중회귀분석을 하였다. 첫째, 농업인들의 사전준비요인은 만족도에 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 구체적으로는 필요성 인식, 목표설정, 지원사업에 대한 인식 그리고 세부계획 수립이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 컨설팅 수행 기관과 컨설턴트 역량요인은 만족도에 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 구체적으로는 컨설팅 방법과 기획, 적절한 사후관리, 적극적인 컨설팅 수행, 전문성 및 탁월한 능력 그리고 결과에 대한 상세한 자료제공이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

This study was carried out to use as the basis data for improving consulting efficiency by analyzing farmer’s satisfaction participating in the consultation. In order to examine consulting satisfaction factor, multiple regression analysis methods were introduced and set the satisfaction as dependent variable, prior preparation of farmers, recognition of the support project, and consulting organizations and consultant abilities as independent variables. Research results, factor influencing is previous preparation of farmer’s and ability of the organization consulting and consultant. First, previous preparation of farmer’s showed previous preparation of farmer’s, recognize of necessity, object setting, recognition about project support and establish a detailed plan. Second, ability of the organization consulting and consultant showed adequacy of consulting methods and plans, proper of post management, activeness for performing consulting, professional and superior ability, provide detailed information on the results.
