초혼 재혼 이혼을 고려한 혼인모형 개발 연구

국문 초록

저출산 문제를 근본적으로 해결하는 방법은 출산율을 높이는 것이지만 우리나라에서 출산은 혼인을 전제로 하는 경향이 강하므로 출산율 예측에 관한 연구 이전에 혼인율에 대한 계량적 연구가 선행되어야 한다. 혼인율은 출산율과 다르게 초혼, 재혼과 이혼으로 구성되어 있으며 출산뿐 아니라 가구의 구성에까지 큰 영향을 미치게 된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 초혼, 이혼, 재혼의 각 요인에 대한 계량적 모형을 개발하고 이들의 관계를 반영한 혼인모형을 개발하였다. 초혼율, 재혼율, 이혼율의 모형은 모수모형인 일반화 로그감마분포모형을 요인별로 적합하여 얻어지는 모수 시계열을 기반으로 하였으며, 예측모형의 안정성을 확보하기 위하여 초혼율, 재혼율, 이혼율의 관계를 반영할 수 있는 연립방정식모형을 구축한 후 외생변수 예측모형을 적용하여 내생변수인 초혼율, 이혼율, 재혼율의 예측결과를 산출하였다. 또한, 개발된 모형의 예측결과를 이용하여 혼인의 양상이 어떻게 변화해왔고 앞으로 어떻게 변화할 것인지에 대한 평가를 하였다. 그 결과 향후 초혼율은 감소하고 재혼율 및 이혼율은 증가할 것으로 예측되었으며, 초혼 연령뿐 아니라 재혼 및 이혼연령 역시 지금보다 높아질 것으로 예측되었다.

영문 초록

The fundamental solution of low fertility problem should be to increase the birth rate, but childbirth in Korea has a strong tendency of the premise of marriage, and the quantitative research on the marriage rate should be preceded to forecast of fertility rate. Marriage rate, unlike to fertility rate, includes first marriage, remarriage and divorce, and further has impact on family members. Therefore, this study developed a quantitative model for marriage including first marriage, remarriage and divorce and also reflecting their relations. Modeling of first marriage, remarriage, and divorce rate was based on the time series of parameter estimates of generalized log gamma distribution model, a parameterization model. In order to ensure the stability of the prediction model, we built a simultaneous equations model to reflect the relationship between first marriage rate, remarriage rate, and divorce rate, and then yielded forecast results of those endogenous rates by applying the exogenous variables predictive model. Finally, we evaluated the marriage trends in the past and the future based on the prediction results. As a result, the future first marriage was expected to decrease while remarriage and divorce rates were expected to increase, and the age of first marriage, remarriage and divorce were expected to be higher than now.
