거주지별 고등학생의 성경험 실태 및 영향요인

국문 초록

본 연구는 2014년 제 10차 청소년건강행태 온라인 조사통계자료를 이용하여 우리나라 고등학생의 거주지별 성경험 실태 및 관련 요인을 분석하고자 시도되었으며 조사대상은 고등학생 35,904명이었다. 거주지별 성경험 차이를 파악하기 위해 교차분석과 복합표본 교차분석(Rao-Scott -test)을 실시하였으며, 성경험 영향요인을 파악하기 위해 복합표본 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 거주지별 성경험율과 성행태는 유의한 차이가 없었으나 거주지별로 성경험에 영향하는 요인에는 차이가 있었다. 모든 거주지에서 동일하게 성경험에 영향을 미치는 요인은 소득수준, 아르바이트 경험, 성교육경험, 자살생각, 음주, 흡연, 약물사용경험이었다. 거주지별로 차이를 보이는 성경험 영향요인은 대도시의 경우 성별, 학년, 학업성적, 주관적 건강상태, 행복감, 우울이, 중소도시의 경우 성별, 학년, 학업성적, 우울과 학교유형, 부모와의 동거여부, 다문화가족여부, 스트레스가 군 지역은 학교유형이 제시되었다. 이상의 연구결과를 토대로 고등학생 대상 성건강 증진 프로그램을 실시함에 있어 사회심리적 변인과 더불어 거주지별로 특성을 반영한 차별화된 접근이 이루어져야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate factors that influence sexual experience among Korean high school students by residential areas. The study sample comprised 35,904 high school students. Using statistics from the 10th (2014) youth risk behavior web-based survey, -test, complex samples -test (Rao-Scott -test) and complex samples multiple logistic regression were conducted. There is no difference in the rate of sexual intercourse and sexual behavior. The common predictors of sexual experience were family income, experience of part time work, formal sex education, suicidal ideaton, alcohol use, smoke, and drug use. The significant predictors of sexual experience by residential area were sex, grade, academic achievement, perceived health state, happiness, depression in big city residents, sex, grade, academic achievement, depression, school type, living with parents, multicultural family, stress in medium sized city residents, and school type in country area residents. The results of this study suggest that sexual health promotion program should consider differentiated approaches reflecting the characteristics of residential area along with the psychosocial aspects.
