국문 초록

본 연구는 중년여성의 배뇨건강행위에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하여 배뇨건강행위를 촉진하는 전략을 개발하는데 기초자료를 제공하기 위하여 수행되었다. 연구는 2014년 4월 16일부터 5월 16일까지 B광역시에 거주하고 있는 중년여성을 대상으로 실시하였다. 자료는 자기기입식 설문지로 수집되었으며 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0을 이용하여 분석하였다. 다중회귀분석 결과, 중년여성의 배뇨건강행위에 영향을 미치는 요인은 설명력이 42.2%였으며, 운동유무, 수분섭취가 하루 평균 2ℓ이상인 군과 배뇨건강지식 등으로 나타났다. 즉, 운동을 하고 있는 대상자일수록(β=4.076, p<.001), 수분섭취량이 2ℓ이상일 때(β=2.761 p=.003), 배뇨건강지식이 높을수록(β=.513, p<.001), 중년여성의 배뇨건강행위수준이 높은 것으로 예측되었다. 따라서 중년여성의 배뇨건강 증진을 위하여 본 연구 결과의 영향요인을 고려한 배뇨건강지식 향상 프로그램 제공이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was conducted to investigate the factors influencing urinary health behaviors of middle aged women for providing the basic data to develop urinary incontinence education program. The data were collected from 227 middle aged women in B city from April 16 to May 16, 2014 and analyzed with t-test and multiple regression by using SPSS 21.0 program. The degree of urinary health behavior appeared to 17.27±4.38 points (out of 28 points). The significant factors of urinary health behaviors were exercise (β=4.076, p<.001), >2ℓ/day water intake (β=2.761, p=.003) and urinary health knowledge (β=.513, p<.001). And these factors explained 42.2% of the variance in urinary health behaviors. In conclusion, the results from this study indicated that it’s a need to develop the effective urinary education program for middle aged women.
