산업체 근로자의 건강상태와 관련요인분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 산업체 근로자의 건강상태에 영향을 미치는 관련요인을 파악하여 실효성 있는 건강증진 프로그램을 개발하기 위해 시도된 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상자는 울산북구 소재 113개 산업체의 생산직 근로자 1,205명이었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 14.0을 이용하여 빈도 및 백분율, 평균, Chi-square test, One-way ANOVA, 다중 로지스틱회귀분석(multiple logistic regression)으로 분석하였다. 산업체 규모에 따라 주관적인 건강상태, BMI, 작업장의 유해환경 노출여부, 흡연, 음주경험, 음주 빈도, 음주량, 운동, 작업장의 위험요인 및 유해환경 인식도는 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다(p<.05). 근로자들의 건강상태에 대한 관련요인 영향력 검증을 한 결과로는 주관적인 건강상태는 음주량(χ²=14.284, p=.006)과 건강장해 위험요인 인식도(χ²=13.294, p=.001)가 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났으며, BMI의 경우 건강관련 행태인 흡연(χ²=49.721, p=.000), 음주량(χ²=19.443, p =.003), 운동(χ²=14.368, p=.026)이 영향력이 있는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to identify the determinants of health state, a key labor productivity of industrial workers. 1,205 workers in 113 industrial firms in Ulsan City were surveyed. Collected data were analyzed using the SPSS PC version 14.0, using frequency, percentage and mean, Chi-square test and One-way ANOVA. In the case of variables that showed a statistically significant difference with the One-way ANOVA, an post hoct test was conducted using the Scheffe test. To verify the impact of workers’ health determinants, a multiple logistic regression analysis was conducted. According to the scale of industrial firms, a statistically significant difference was found in health state(p=.000), BMI(p=.005), exposure to hazardous environments(p=.000), smoking(p=.000), experience in alcohol drinking (p=.003), frequency of alcohol drink(p=.022), amount of alcohol drink(p=.008), exercise (p=.011), and perception of risks of health disorders or industrial accident(p=.000). As a result, the subjective perception of health state was influenced by amount of alcohol drink (χ²=14.284, p=.006) and perception of risks of health disorders or industrial accident(χ²=13.294, p=.001), and BMI was influenced by smoking(χ²=49.721, p=.000), amount of alcohol drink(χ²=19.443, p=.003), and exercise(χ²=14.368, p=.026).
