해양관광 활성화를 위한 관광요소별 중요도 분석

국문 초록

해안지역의 해양관광 활성화를 위하여 부산ㆍ경남 해안지역 19개 시군구의 시민들을 대상으로 거주 지역의 해양관광활동, 해양자원에 대한 만족도 및 이용형태, 만족도에 따른 해양관광활동의 필요성, 시설 이용시 문제점, 해양관광활성화 방안모색을 위한 중요도를 설문조사를 통하여 해양관광 활성화방안에 대한 시민의식을 다양하고, 종합적으로 살펴봄으로써 향후 해양관광 활성화를 위한 정책적 제언을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 연구의 결과, 먼저, 부산ㆍ경남의 19개 해안지역 시민들의 해양관광활동 및 해양관광자원의 이용만족도를 보면 전체 응답자의 57%가 만족도가 높았으며, 다음으로 해양관광활성화를 위한 중요도를 분석하고, 마지막으로 시설 이용시 문제점을 요인분석한 결과 3개의 요인으로 나타났는데 1요인은 ‘서비스 및 편리성’, 2요인으로 ‘개인 및 자연특성’, 3요인으로 ‘정책 및 시장성’의 요인으로 구분되었으며, 해양관광 활성화를 위하여 시설 이용시 가장 큰 문제점은 ‘서비스 및 편리성’요인인 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

To activate ocean tourism in coastal area, we’ve gathered the information from 19 different regions’ residents from Busan and Gyeongnam. We’ve researched the regions ocean tourism activities, the ocean resources satisfaction and usage, the necessity of usage based on the satisfaction, the problems of using facilities, the importance of ocean tourism activation. The object of this research is to suggest the economic opinion in order to activate ocean tourism in the future. In this research, the result shows that first of all, 57% of the residents were satisfied with ocean tourism activities and ocean tourism resources, and the residents from Gyeongnam were more satisfied with those facts than the residents from Busan. Secondly, for the analysis of a primary factor of the problems of using facilities, 3 factors are come out. The 1st factor is “the service and convenience”, the 2nd factor is “the individual and nature’s quality” and the 3rd factor is “the policy and marketability”. The biggest problem of using facilities in order to activate the ocean tourism is “the service and convenience”.
