한국 청장년층의 순환기계 질환 유병율과 관련요인

국문 초록

순환기계 질환은 전 세계적으로 사망률을 증가시키는 주요 관심질환이다. 본 연구는 한국 청장년층의 순환기계 질환 유병율에 영향을 미치는 관련요인을 파악하여 순환기계 질환을 사전에 예방하고 관리하는 방안에 대한 기반을 마련하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구 대상자는 2012년, 2013년, 2014년 국민건강영양조사에 참여한 19세부터 45세에 해당하는 청장년층 중 순환기계 질환의 유무를 확인할 수 있는 4,367명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료분석은 기술통계와 회귀분석을 사용하여 한국 청장년층의 순환기계 관련요인을 파악하였다. 연구결과, 순환기계 질환을 가진 사람은 7.1%였으며, 관련요인으로는 과거흡연자인 경우(OR 1.45, 95% CI 1.01-2.07), 스트레스가 높은 경우(OR 1.54, 95% CI 1.20-1.98), 비만인 경우(OR 4.68, 95% CI 1.87-11.70), 허리둘레가 증가되어 있는 경우(OR 1.06, 95% CI 1.04-1.07), 결식이 있는 경우(OR 2.09, 95% CI 1.59-2.74)로 순환기계 질환 유병율을 높이는 관련요인들을 규명하였다. 결론적으로 한국 청장년층의 순환기계 질환 유병율을 감소시키기 위해서는 본 연구에서 규명한 순환기계 질환 관련요인에 대한 사전관리 및 건강중재프로그램이 필요하다.

영문 초록

Cardiovascular disease is major issue of mortality in worldwide. This study examined the relative factors for cardiovascular disease among young and middle aged adults in Korea. The survey in 2012-2014 from Korean national health and nutrition examination survey (KNHANES) under health exam, nutrition records and health behavior questionnaires which received a recognition survey target 4,367 participants. Descriptive statistic and multiple logistic regression models were performed on the association cardiovascular disease and its related factors. As a result, the overall prevalence of cardiovascular disease was 7.14% in the participants. The risk of cardiovascular disease increased in past smoker (OR 1.45, 95% CI 1.01-2.07), high stress (OR 1.54, 95% CI 1.20-1.98), obesity (OR 4.68, 95% CI 1.87-11.70), over waist circumference (OR 1.06, 95% CI 1.04-1.07), high total cholesterol (OR 1.01, 95% CI 1.01-1.02) and skipping a meal a day (OR 2.09, 95% CI 1.59-2.74) groups in socioeconomic status adjusted model. The results shown the relative factors of cardiovascular disease. Moreover, the importance of early intervention program and management in young and middle aged adults with high risk of cardiovascular disease.
