간호대학생의 비판적 사고성향과 셀프리더십의 향상이 간호수행능력에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 간호대학생의 비판적사고성향과 셀프리더십의 향상이 간호수행능력에 미치는 효과를 파악하기 위하여 시도되었다. 연구대상은 일개 대학 2학년과 4학년 137명이었고 사전 자료수집은 2012년과 2013년 9월에, 사후는 2014년과 2015년 12월에 시행하였으며 자료분석은 SAS 9.12버전을 이용하였다. 연구결과, 비판적 사고성향과 부정적 의미인 자기처벌을 제외한 셀프리더십은 통계적으로 유의하게 증가하였다. 비판적 사고성향은 기본간호수행능력(F=2.98, p=.006), 의사소통능력(F=3.05, p=.005), 비판적사고능력(F=2.64, p=.014), 교육능력(F=2.30, p=.008) 관리능력(F=2.92, p=.007), 전문직 발전태도 및 실무능력(F=2.36, p=.0026)에 유의한 양의 영향을 미치며 각각 13.9%, 14.2%, 12.5%, 11.1%, 13.7%, 11.4%의 설명력을 보였다. 비판적사고성향의 하위영역 중 지적공정성(β=0.224, p=.042)은 의사소통능력에, 건전한 회의성(β=0.203, p=.044)과 지적공정성(β=0.224, p=.042)은 관리능력에, 지적공적성은 전문직 발전 태도 및 실무능력(β=0.260, p=.048)에 양의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셀프리더십의 경우 자기관찰영역은 자료수집능력(β=0.208, p=.039), 비판적사고능력(β=0.264, p=.013), 리더십능력(β=0.226, p=.032)에 양의 영향을 미치며, 자연적보상은 자료수집능력(β=-0.210, p=.031)에, 자기처벌은 리더십 능력(β=-0.145, p=.046)에 음의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 추후 비판적 사고성향과 셀프리더십의 향상이 간호수행능력에 미치는 효과를 반복 측정하여 간호교육프로그램의 기초자료로 사용하기를 제안한다.

영문 초록

This study was performed to investigate the effects of improvement of self-leadership and critical thinking disposition on nursing performance competency of nursing students. A descriptive design was used with 137 students when they were sophomore (pre-study) and senior (post-study) years at a nursing school in Korea. Critical thinking disposition positively affected the competency of performing basic nursing skills (F=2.98, p=.006), communication (F=3.05, p=.005), critical thinking (F=2.64, p=.014), education (F=2.30, p=.008), management (F=2.92, p=.007), and developing professional attitudes & practices (F=2.36, p=.003). The predictive powers are 13.9%, 14.2%, 12.5%, 11.1%, 13.7%, 11.4% respectively. in case of self-leadership, competency of data collection is positively affected by self-observation (β=0.21, p=.039) and negatively affected by focusing thoughts on natural rewards (β=-0.210, p=.031). Competency of critical thinking is positively affected by self-observation (β=0.226, p=.039) and negatively affected by focusing thoughts on natural rewards (β=-0.145, p=.046). Competency of leadership is negatively affected by self-cuing (β=.145, p=.046). We suggest that this study to be repeated in several institutions to observe and confirm the effect of improvement of self-leadership and critical thinking disposition on nursing performance.
