도시지역 기혼여성의 지각된 스트레스 증상과 삶의 질과의 관계

국문 초록

의학과 더불어 과학기술의 발전은 인간의 평균수명을 연장하게 되었고, 건강관리체계를 질병중심에서 스트레스 관리와 건강유지 · 증진으로 변화시켰다. 그러나 기혼여성이 일상생활에서 직면하게 되는 스트레스 증상과 삶의 질에 대한 관심은 최근에 들어서 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 여성의 사회 참여율이 급격히 증가하고 있는 현 시점에서 주부의 역할과 직장에서의 역할을 동시에 담당하고 있는 도시지역 기혼 여성들이 경험하는 스트레스 증상과 삶의 질을 파악하고자 하였다. 또한 지각된 스트레스 증상 수준에 따른 삶의 질 정도를 파악하고, 이들 간의 관계를 파악함으로서 궁극적으로 여성의 삶의 질 증진과 관리에 초점을 둔 건강증진 프로그램 개발에 기여함을 최종 목표로 하였다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The study was done to identify the relationship of symptoms of stress, the quality of life in married women of urban areas. Method: A total of 207 married women in urban areas was given a questionnaire. Data was collected from August 2005 to October 2005. The data was analyzed by frequency, mean, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test and Pearson correlation coefficient analysis using SPSS WIN 10.0 software. The subjects of this study were 207 married women in urban areas. Result: The mean score of symptoms of physical stress was 0.70(range 0-3). fatigue of eye showed the highest score. The mean score of symptoms of psychological stress was 0.85(range 0-3). fatigue and enervation showed the highest score. And quality of life of the subject was 6.78(range 1-10). Quality of life was significantly related with Education. Symptoms of psychological and physical stress revealed negative correlations among sub-items of the QOL such as competence, psychological well-being, stability, physical well-being and activity. Conclusion: Thus the study s findings can be useful in directing a comprehensive nursing care plan to improve the QOL of women.
