간호사 유니폼에 대한 만족도와 디자인 선호도에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 간호사 유니폼에 대한 만족도와 선호하는 디자인에 대해 파악한 후, 간호사 유니폼의 만족도에 따른 디자인 선호도의 연구자료를 얻고자 한다. 연구문제로는 첫째, 간호사 유니폼 디자인의 선호도 및 만족도를 알아본 후 둘째, 조사대상자의 일반적 특성과 유니폼 디자인 관련 변인에 따른 선호도의 특징을 밝힌다. 셋째, 조사대상자의 일반적 특성에 따른 만족도와 유니폼 만족도 변인에 따른 유니폼 디자인 선호도의 특징을 알아본다. 통계방법은 SPSS를 사용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도 검정, 교차분석, 분산분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 유니폼의 구성요소에 따른 만족도는 기능성, 심미성, 상징성 등의 순으로 나타났고, 간호사의 일반적 특성에 따른 만족도는 기능성과 상징성에 유의한 차이가 있는 것을 알 수 있었다. 간호사의 일반적 특성에 따른 유니폼 만족도의 결과를 살펴보면, 연령이 높을수록 기능성의 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났고, 근무병원과 유니폼 만족도 간의 관계에서는 상징성에서는 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 근무기간과 유니폼 만족도 간의 관계에서는 오래 근무할수록 기능성 만족도가 높아 기능성을 중요하게 생각하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 유니폼 만족도 변인에 따른 유니폼 디자인 선호도의 특성의 결과는 상징성과 기능성이 유의한 차이가 나타났고, 문양여부와 유니폼 만족도 간의 관계에서는 심미성이 유의한 차이를 나타내었다. 소재와 유니폼 만족도 간의 관계에서는 상징성에서 유의한 차이가 나타났고, 유니폼 세분화와 유니폼 만족도 간의 관계에서는 상징성과 심미성이 유의한 차이를 나타내었다. 유니폼 전체 형태와 만족도 간의 관계에서 상징성이 유의한 차이를 나타난 것을 알 수 있었다.

영문 초록

This study is aimed at investigating the satisfaction level of and preferred designs for nurse uniforms and acquiring research data about design preference according to the satisfaction level of nurse uniforms. As research tasks, first, the demographic characteristics of nurses and the preference for and satisfaction level of uniform designs are investigated. Second, the characteristics of preference according to demographic characteristics and uniform design related factors are investigated. And third, the satisfaction level according to demographic characteristics and the characteristics of uniform design preference according to uniform satisfaction variables are investigated. The SPSS was used as a statistical method to conduct the frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability test, crosstab analysis and variance analysis. As a result of the study, the satisfaction level of uniforms according to components was in the order of function, esthetics and symbol, and the satisfaction level of nurses according to demographic characteristics showed a significant difference in function and symbol. When the satisfaction level of uniforms according to the demographic characteristics of nurses is examined, the older showed the higher level of satisfaction in function, and there was a significant difference in symbol regarding the relationship between the current hospital and uniform. When it comes to the relationship between a working period and uniform satisfaction level, the longer-service nurses showed the higher level of satisfaction in function and which means function is considered as important. Regarding the characteristics of uniform design preference according to uniform satisfaction level variables, there was a significant difference in symbol and function, and there was a significant difference in esthetics regarding the relationship between the existence of patterns and a uniform satisfaction level. Regarding the relationship between materials and a uniform satisfaction level, there was a significant difference in symbol, and regarding the relationship between uniform subdivision and a uniform satisfaction level, there was a significant difference in symbol and esthetics. It was also found that there was a significant difference in symbol regarding the relationship between the whole shape of uniform and its satisfaction level.
