도심지 옥외간판을 중심으로 한 가로경관 개선방안

국문 초록

도시의 이미지를 결정짓는데 있어 가로경관의 역할이 가장 크다는 관점에서 본 연구는 부산의 도심인 광복로 거리를 조사대상으로 선정하였으며, 대상가로 경관의 문제점을 옥외간판을 중심으로 파악하여 이에 대한 개선 방향을 제시하고 유사가로경관계획에 있어 기초적 자료제공을 목적으로 하였다. 대상가로경관의 특성 및 문제점을 파악하기 위하여 현황조사를 실시하였고, 1차 조사에서 대상가로경관 및 옥외광고물의 시지각적 평가를 실시하였다. 1차 조사를 바탕으로 2차 조사에서는 가장 인상적이며 선호도에 큰 영향을 미치는 간판 구성요소의 Simulation을 통해 선호하는 적정선을 도출하였다. 그리고 3차 조사에서는 선호하는 간판의 면적 축소, 수량 축소, 부착형태 정비를 통해 각 변인에 따른 심리적 특성 및 선호도 파악을 중심으로 개선효과 및 영향관계를 살펴보았다.

영문 초록

The thesis aims to research some influences of outdoor signboards on streetscape in Gwang-bok Dong of Busan Metropolitan city, and to suggest the directions of improvement, checking the problems in the component factors through CG Simulation Method. The results are following:The signboards are mostly required to be improved among some factors being the most impressive factor as well as the most negative one. That is to say that it is the most urgent to improve the streetscape by taking into city planning consideration. Some ways of improvement are following by the component factors.First, as a result of the simulation, 60% to 80% of the present signboards was favored, and in case of 80% the signboard was favored by raising psychological factors, having influence on the favor level. It need to regulate the total signboard in quantity. Second, as a result of the signboard number quantity, 60% of the present signboards were favored after arranging the size of the signboards, resulting in the clear effect of the street signboards. By the result it will be necessary to regulate the signboard planning on the legal and systematic dimension. Third, as a result of the form simulation, the rate of a forward signboard were favored in arranging the rate of 1:1. When the number and the size of signboards were arranged, the psychological factor of the clear image were raised. The spot of the signboard will bring the clear and beautiful image of the streetscape to us.On the basis of the simulation result it is necessary to control the quantity control. For this it is also required to prepare the various incentive systems to induce advertisers assistance and participation on the legal and systematic dimensions.
