액션러닝 기반 간호학연구 수업의 효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 액션러닝 기반 간호학연구 수업이 의사소통능력, 비판적 사 고 성향 및 문제해결능력에 미치는 효과를 확인하고자 시도되었다. 연구 설계는 단일군 전후실험설계이며, 단일군의 양적효과를 지지하기 위해 성찰일지를 내용분석 하였다. 연구대상은 S시소재 K대학의 간호학과 3학년 중 ‘간호학연구’를 수강한 전수 43명이다. 간호학연구 교과목을 12주 동안 24차시에 걸쳐 2학점으로 운영하였다. ‘실행연구의 개념적 모형’ 중 연구수행(thesis research) 단계를 적용하여 2단계로 운영하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS/Win 19.0을 이용하여 빈도와 백분율, 대응표본 t-검정을 이용하였다. 본 연구결과 의사소통능력(t=8.699, p=<.001), 비판적 사고성향(t=7.141, p=<.001), 문제해결능력(t=6.601, p=<.001)의 점수가 유의하게 향상되었다. 학습자의학습경험에 대한 성찰결과로 자기이해하기, 효과적인 의사소통하기, 대인관계 형성하기, 역할 인식하기 및 학습에 대한 관점 변화 등 긍정적인 경험을 한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과 간호학연구수업에서 액션러닝 교수학습방법은 간호대학생의 의사소통능력, 비판적 사고 성향 및 문제해결능력 향상시키는 것으로 확인되었다. 향후, 간호학연구 학습목표를 연구수행까지 포함하는 설정과 대조군을 비교하는 연구를 제안한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of action learning based nursing research classes on communication ability, critical thinking disposition and problem solving ability for nursing students. The research design is a single group pre-post test design. In order to support the quantitative effect of the single group, the content of the reflection was analyzed. The subjects of this study were 43 students in the third grade of nursing. The thesis research phase of conceptual model of action research was applied and operated in two stages. Data were analyzed using frequency and percentage, paired t-test using SPSS / Win 19.0. There was a significant improvement in communication ability (t=8.699, p=<.001), critical thinking disposition (t=7.141, p=<.001) and problem solving ability (t=6.601, p=<.001). As a result of reflection, positive experiences such as self-understanding, effective communication, interpersonal relationship, role recognition, and change of learning perspective were found. As a result of this study, it was confirmed that the method of action learning teaching and learning improves communication ability, critical thinking disposition and problem solving ability of nursing students in nursing research class.
