건강 관련 거꾸로 수업이 고등학생의 학업적 특성에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 건강 관련 수업에서 거꾸로 수업모형을 개발하고 적용하여 그 효과를 검증하기 위함이다. 연구대상은 우리나라 B시의 S고등학교에 재학하는 2학년 학생 114명이며, 연구기간은 2017년 9월 15일부터 2017년 10월 30일까지였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS Win 24.0 프로그램을 이용하여 통계처리 하였다. 거꾸로 수업 전, 실험군과 대조군의 일반적 특성 및 학업 관련 특성의 동질성은 카이제곱 검정과 독립표본 t-검정으로 분석하였다. 4주간의 거꾸로 수업 후, 실험군과 대조군의 학업성취도, 학습동기, 학업적자기효능감과 수업만족도 평균의 차이는 독립표본 t-검정으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 건강 관련 거꾸로 수업 후 학업성취도는 실험군과 대조군 간에 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없었다. 학습동기와 학업적자기효능감, 수업만족도는 실험군과 대조군 간에 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였고, 각각 학습동기는 대조군 3.23점, 실험군 3.87점(t=1.754, p=0.001), 학업적자기효능감은 대조군 3.17점, 실험군 3.76점(t=2.868, p=0.001), 수업만족도는 대조군 3.52점, 실험군 4.12점(t=1.247, p=0.027)이었다. 이러한 결과에 따라 추후 연구에서는 학업성취도를 올릴 수 있는 방법적인 면을 고려할 필요가 있고, 건강 관련 다양한 주제의 콘텐츠를 만들어 한 학기 동안 수업을 시도하여 지속적인 변화를 살펴보는 시도가 필요하다. 또한, 고등학생외에도 학령별 대상자 특성에 맞는 거꾸로 수업모형을 개발하여 그 효과를 검증하는 시도가 필요하다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to develop and apply the flipped learning instruction model in the health subject class to verify the effect. The subjects of this study were 114 second - year students in S high school in B city. The study period was from September 15, 2017 to October 30, 2017. The collected data were statistically processed using SPSS Win 24.0 program. Prior to the flipped learning class, the homogeneity of the general and academic characteristics of the experimental and control groups was analyzed by the chi-square test and the independent samples t-test. Result of the study, there was no statistically significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in academic achievement after flipped learning. Learning motivation, academic self-efficacy, and learning satisfaction were statistically significant between the experimental group and the control group. These results suggest that future research needs to consider the methodological aspects of improving academic achievement, and it is necessary to attempt to make continuous changes by attempting classroom activities during one semester by creating contents on various topics related to health. In addition, it is necessary to develop a flip learning instruction model suitable for the characteristics of the subjects in each school age and to verify its effects.
