학부모의 학교 참여 경험, 학부모·자녀 관계 및 중학생 공동체의식 간 구조적 관계

국문 초록

본 연구는 청소년의 공동체 의식에 영향을 미치는 학부모 학교 참여 경험과 학부모·자녀 관계의 구조적 관계를 분석하는 데 주된 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 구조방정식모형(Structural Equation Modeling)을 활용하였으며, 본 연구를 수행(2019.4.15.~2019.10.11.)한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학부모 학교 참여 경험과 학부모·자녀 관계를 살펴본 결과, 학부모 학교 참여 경험이 학부모·자녀 관계에 미치는 영향에 관한 표준화계수가 0.436(=17.253, =0.000)으로 통계적으로 유의하였다. 둘째, 학부모·자녀 관계와 공동체 의식 간 관계를 살펴본 결과, 학부모·자녀 관계가 공동체의식에 미치는 영향에 관한 표준화계수는 0.135(=5.398, =0.000)로서 통계적으로 유의하였다. 셋째, 학부모 학교 참여 경험은 학부모·자녀 관계를 매개로 공동체 의식에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과, 학부모 학교 참여 경험과 공동체 의식 관계의 완전매개효과 표준화회귀계수는 95% 신뢰 수준에서 0.039로 나타났으며, 학부모·자녀 관계 변인은 완전매개변인으로 파악되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 한 제언은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 본 연구결과의 추가적 검증을 위한 전국적인 수준의 연구가 필요하다. 둘째, 학부모 학교 참여가 학교혁신에 미치는 영향에 관한 후속연구가 필요하다.

영문 초록

The main purpose of this study is to analyze the structural relationship between Parent-Child participation and Parent-Child relationship that affects students s sense of community. To this end, this study used Structural Equation Modeling and the results of this study (2019.4.15. ~ 2019.10.11.) are as follows. First, as a result of examining the influence of Parents’ participation experience on school to Parent-Child relationship, it was statistically significant that the standardization coefficient on the effect of the Parents’ participation experience to the Parent-Child relationship was 0.436(= 17.253, =0.000). Second, as a result of examining the influence of Parent-Child relationship to students s sense of community, it was statistically significant that the standardization coefficient on the effect of the Parent-Child relationship to the students s sense of community was 0.135(= 5.398, =0.000). Third, as a result of examining the influence of Parents’ participation experience on school to students s sense of community through the mediation variable of Parent-Child relationship, the standardization coefficient as full mediating effect was 0.039 at 95% confidence level and Parent-Child relationship variable was identified as complete mediation variable. The suggestions based on the results of this study are as follows. First, a National level study is needed for further verification of this study. Second, follow-up studies on the effects of Parents’ participation experience and School innovation are needed.
