미취업 청년의 취업준비도 척도개발 및 타당화 연구

국문 초록

이 연구는 미취업 청년의 취업준비도 척도를 개발하고 타당도와 신뢰도를 확인하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 선행연구와 기존 척도를 고찰하여 취업준비도 개념을 정립하고 예비문항을 작성하였다. 예비문항은 평생교육과 인력개발 분야 전문가 2인과 실무전문가 2인을 대상으로 문항내용과 표현의 적절성 등의 타당도를 검토하였다. 예비문항을 토대로 패널전문가 19인의 내용타당도 검토와 의견수렴을 진행하였으며, 이후 인문사회 계열 및 취약계층의 미취업 청년 1,883명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 타당도와 신뢰도를 확인하였다. 최종적으로 일의 탐색과 결정, 일의 자신감과 준비의 2개 요인구조의 총 19개 문항의 취업준비도 척도를 개발하였다. 내적 일치도 계수는 일의 탐색과 결정(.937), 일의 자신감과 준비(.941)로 나타났다. 또한 개발된 척도의 확인적 요인분석, 하위요인 간 상관분석, 개념신뢰도(CR), 평균분산추출(AVE) 등을 확인하여 타당도와 신뢰도를 확보하였으며, 공인타당도를 검증하였다. 마지막으로 타당화를 검증한 취업준비도 척도개발 의의와 후속연구를 위한 제언을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to develop and validate the employment preparation scale. To this end, the concept of employment preparation was established and preliminary items were prepared based on literature and other existing scales. The preliminary items were confirmed after verification (adequacy of question content and expression) of life-long education and HRD experts and practical experts. Nineteen panel experts reviewed the contents of the preliminary items and gave their opinions and the survey was conducted on 1,883 unemployed youths to review the validity and reliability of the items. Finally, employment preparation scale was developed for 19 items based on two factors: (1) search and decision of work and (2) confidence and preparation for work. Internal consistency was found in both the search and decision of work variable (.937) and the confidence and preparation for work variable (.941). The validity and reliability of the developed scale and the concurrent validity were verified. Finally, the limitation of the study and practical applications were discussed.
