창의·융합형 인재 양성에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 「2015년 개정 교육과정」을 통해서 공교육 정상화를 위한 핵심과제로 선정된 ‘창의·융합형 인재 육성’ 방안의 방향성을 모색하기 위한 것이다. 교육과정 개정 방향에서 가장 큰 변화는 2009년 개정 창의적인 인재양성에서 2015년 개정 창의·융합형 인재양성으로 인재상이 변화된 점이다. 이를 위해 2015 개정 교육과정 총론에서는 자기관리 역량, 지식정보처리 역량, 창의적 사고 역량, 심미적 감성 역량, 의사소통 역량, 공동체 역량 6개 핵심역량이 제시되었다. 앞으로 창의·융합인재를 양성하기 위해서 4C-STEAM의 구성요소인 4C(창의성, 소통, 융합, 배려)에 관하여 탐색해 보았으며, 창의성 발현을 위해서 디자인 사고 전략의 5단계 전략을 살펴보았다. 이러한 요소들이 공교육에서 21C미래 사회가 요구하는 창의·융합형 인재 양성에 반영되기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

A study of the 2015 Revised National Curriculum and exploration of the suggestion for future revision. The purpose of this study was to develop the creative and interdisciplinary type human resources. Korean Ministry of Education has emphasized that learning skills education is needed to develop talented and creative individuals with increased higher order thinking skills (Ministry of Education, 2009). The six core competencies in the 2015 revised curriculum guideline. Curriculum will focus on the core competences that is composed of six components of self-management capability, knowledge information processing capability, creative and interdisciplinary capability, esthetic emotional capability, communication capability and communal capability. STEAM stands for 4C-STEAM of creativity, communication, convergence, and caring. STEAM education is composed components of Creative Design, and Emotional Touch.
