교사의 상호작용과 민감성이 3세 유아의 놀이행동에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 교사의 민감성 및 교사-유아상호작용이 놀이행동에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 이를 통하여 유아 놀이의 중요성과 더불어 교사의 민감성과 유아와의 상호작용과의 관계를 밝힘으로 놀이 맥락에 따른 상호작용의 근거를 마련하고자 하였 다. 경기도에 소재한 30개 기관 만 3세반 유아 288명과 그들의 담임교사였다. 교사의 평정과 놀이관찰을 통해 자료를 수집하였고 수집된 자료는 단계적 회귀분석에 의한 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 유아의 놀이행동 중 인지놀이에 대해 서는 교사의 민감성과 교사-유아상호작용이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유아의 놀이행동 중 비놀이는 민감성과 교사-유아 싱호작용이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 놀이의 각 유형에 따라 예언변인이 다르므로 이에 대한 심도 깊은 연구가 필요하다.

영문 초록

The goal of this study is to analyze the relationship between teacher s sensitivity, teacher-child relationship, and play behavior. A total of 30 teachers and 288 young children in Gyeongki Province were selected as participants for this study. The results showed that, first, cognitive play behavior of children showed difference according to teacher s play teaching efficacy. Children in class with high teacher s play teaching efficacy showed higher play frequency rather than children in class of bottom group. Plays were parallel-dramatic play, group constructive play, group dramatic play, and group game with rules. Second, non-play behaviors except play activities of children showed significant difference between children in class with teachers of high play teaching efficacy and children in class with teachers of low play teaching efficacy. Children in top group showed high frequency in play activities (parallel-dramatic play, group constructive play, group dramatic play, and group game with rules) except other activities. On the other hand, children in bottom group showed high frequency in other activities (reading books, science activity, computer related activity, academic activity, and teacher s directive activity).
