중년기 성인의 건강지각이 노화불안과 건강증진행위에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 중년기 성인의 건강지각이 노화불안과 건강증진행위에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 경북과 전남에 거주하고 있는 40～65세 중년기 성인 201명을 대상으로 자료수집을 하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS/WIN 21.0 통계프로그 램을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test 및 ANOVA, Pearson s correlation coefficients, Stepwise multiple regression을 실시하였다. 단계적 다중회귀분석 결과 건강지각과 일반적 특성 중 사보험 가입여부가 노화불안에 영향을 미치는 변수로 확인되었으며, 16%의 설명력을 나타내었다. 또한, 건강증진행위에 영향을 미치는 변수로는 건강지 각과 일반적 특성 중 결혼여부로 확인되었으며 12%의 설명력을 나타내었다. 이와 같이 건강지각이 높으면 노화불안이 낮아지고 건강증진행위를 높일 수 있음을 확인 하였다. 따라서 중년기 성인의 긍정적이고 바람직한 건강지각에 대한 인식을 향상시 키기 위해 건강증진과 관련된 정보 활용 및 실질적인 교육프로그램 개발과 적용이 필요하다.

영문 초록

This study is a descriptive study to investigate the effect of health perception of middle-aged adults on aging anxiety and health promoting behaviors. Data were gathered from 201 adults of 40～65 middle-aged adults living in Gyeongbuk and Jeonnam. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson s correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression using the SPSS/WIN 21.0 statistical program. As a result of the stepwise multiple regression analysis, it was confirmed that the insurance among health perception and general characteristics were identified as variables affecting aging anxiety was 16%. In addition, marital status, health perception were identified as variables affecting health promotion behavior was 12%. The higher the health perception, the lower the anxiety of aging and the higher the health promotion behavior. Therefore, to improve health perception, information utilization and development of practical education programs are needed to form health promotion.
