비수도권 대학생의 자아상태와 인생태도가 인간관계에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

이 연구는 비수도권 대학생들이 대학생활을 잘 적응하는데 있어 무엇보다도 인간 관계가 중요하다는 판단 하에 교류분석의 자아상태와 인생태도와의 관계를 규명하 였다. 이를 위해 2014년 10월 2일에 교양과목을 수강하는 대학생들을 대상으로 168 개의 유효 설문을 분석 자료로 활용하였다. 설문 분석을 위해 기술통계, 신뢰도분석, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 자아상태 NP와 FC는 정(+) 의 유의 수준에서 인간관계에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 인생태도의 자기 긍정 및 타인긍정은 정(+)의 유의 수준에서, 자기부정 및 타인부정은 부(-)의 유의 수준에서 인간관계에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 자아상태와 인생태도 중자아상태가 인간관계의 영향력 예측변인으로 확인되었다. 이 연구결과는 첫째, 학생 자신은 감수성훈련(ST)참여와 긍정적 스트로크 연습(PSE)을 해야 한다. 둘째, 학교 차원에서는 대학생의 자아상태와 인생태도를 고려한 맞춤형 상담 프로그램을 개발 해야 한다. 셋째, 학생주도의 팀기반학습(TBL), 문제중심학습(PBL) 캡스톤 디자인 (CD)수업방식을 도입해야 한다는 것을 시사한다. 이 연구는 비수도권 소재 대학생을 대상으로 자아상태 및 인생태도와 인간관계와의 관계를 밝혔다는 점과, 학생자신과 학교차원에서 해결해야 할 과제를 제시했다는 데에 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The study inquired into the relationship between ‘ego state’ and ‘life position’ under the judgment that ‘human relations’ are important above all things in non-metropolitan area college students’ smart adaptation to school life. To this end, this study made use of 168 valid questionnaires as analysis data by distributing structured questionnaires to college students who were taking liberal arts. As for data analysis, this study conducted descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and multi-regression analysis using SPSS 21 version. The study results are as follows: First, it was found that NP & FC of ego state had an influence on human relations at a positive significance level while AC of ego state had an influence on human relations at a negative significance level. Second, I’m OK and You’re OK of life position were found to have an influence on human relations on a positive significant level. Third, ego state confirmed as predictor of influence of human relations. These study results imply that first, a student is required to participate in sensitivity training(ST) and to do positive stroke exercise(PSE) personally; second, that personalized counseling programs in the light of a college student’s ego state and life position should be developed and operated at a college dimension, and third, that it’s necessary for a college to introduce a student-led team based learning(TBL), and problem based learning(PBL) instructional method. This study might has limitations in generalizing the study results due to the sample limited to a non-metropolitan area college student. Nevertheless, this study has significance in that it clarified the relationship between ego state, life position, and human relations targeting the students at a college located in non-metropolitan areas, and in that it presented a task to be solved at a college dimension for smooth human relations.
