국문 초록

본 연구에서는 창의인성 교육의 효율적 실천을 위해 유아교사들이 인식하는 창의 인성 교육의 신념에 대한 중요도와 수행도를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 유아교사 211명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 대응표본 t검증과 중요도-수행도 분석 을 활용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 창의인성 교육에 대한 유아교사의 신념 중 중요도와 수행도 차이가 가장 큰 요소는 문제관심 갖기로 나타났다. 둘째, 유아교사의 창의인성 교육에 대한 신념 중 우선순위가 낮아 장기적 측면에서 개선이 요구되는 내용으로는 주변의 다양한 문제에 관심을 가지고 이타적 관점에서 대안을 모색하는 것과 관련 있었다. 중요도는 높으나 수행도가 낮아 집중적 노력이 요구되는 내용으로는 교사 개인과 관련 있었다. 이러한 결과는 유아교육에서의 창의인성 교육 실천을 위한 장기적 개선과 노력이 요구되는 내용에 대한 지원 방안 논의에 도움을 줄 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the importance and performance of creativity character education beliefs perceived by early childhood teachers in order to practice creativity character education effectively. To this, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 211 early childhood teachers, analyzed using paired sample t-test and IPA method. The results were as follows. First, among the beliefs of early childhood teachers about creativity character education, the factor with the greatest difference in importance and performance showed being concerned about problem . Second, in the beliefs about early childhood teachers , the contents that needs improvement on long-term perspective due to the low-priority were concerned with looking at alternatives in the altruistic point of view with attention to various problems. The contents which required intensive effort due to high importance but low performance were related to individual teachers. This will provide information on teacher beliefs for practicing creativity character education in early childhood education, and will help in discussing support ways for long term improvement and content requiring effort.
