국문 초록

본 연구는 대학생을 대상으로 한 표현 중심 문학치료 프로그램이 대인관계 역량에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 데 있다. 이를 위해 문학치료 프로그램을 실시하기 전후의 대인관계 역량을 살펴 그 변화를 살펴보고자 하였다. 문학치료 프로그램은 김성 범(2015)의 표현 중심 문학치료 프로그램을 일부 수정하여 사용하였다. 연구대상은 전북 W대학교 학생 16명을 대상으로 실험집단과 통제집단에 8명씩 무선배정하고, 실험집단에 총 10회기에 걸쳐 문학치료 프로그램을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 표현 중심 문학치료 프로그램이 대학생들의 대인관계에서 자신이 타인에 대하여 보고 느끼는 정도인 민감성을 향상시키고 있음을 확인하였다. 또한 타인 과의 의사소통 시 거리감을 줄이면서 원만히 대화를 이끌어 나가고 있으며, 타인에 대한 자신의 부정적인 생각을 보다 좋은 방향으로 표현하는데 도움을 주고 있음을알 수 있었다. 따라서 본 연구는 대학생들의 대인관계를 향상시키기 위해 표현 중심 문학치료 프로그램을 재구성하고 실시하여 사후에 효과가 있음을 입증하였다는데 의의가 있다. 뿐만 아니라 대학생들이 자신을 이해함으로써 타인과의 관계회복을 개선할 수있도록 도왔다는 데 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the expression-driven literature therapy program on the interpersonal competency of university students. For this, it was to examine the interpersonal capacity before and after the literacy therapy program. Literature therapy program was modified by Kim Sung-bum(2015) s expression-driven literature therapy program. The subjects of this study were 16 students from Jeonbuk W-university and 8 students were assigned to experimental group and control group. The results showed that the expression-driven literature therapy program improves the sensitivity of the interpersonal relationship of university students to the degree that they see and feel about others, while reducing the sense of distance when communicating with others. And it helps to express in better direction. Therefore, it is meaningful that this study proved that the expression-driven literature therapy program is reconstructed and implemented to improve the interpersonal relationship of university students. In addition, it is significant that university students helped them to improve their relationship with others by understanding themselves
