취업지원 프로그램이 간호대학생의 진로성숙도와 취업스트레스에 미치는 효과 -모의면접을 중심으로-

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 취업지도 프로그램이 간호대학생의 진로성숙도와 취업스트레스에 미치는 효과를 평가하기 위해 2015년 3월부터 6월까지 일개 지역 간호대학생 4학년 27명을 대상으로 실시한 단일군 전-후 유사실험연구이다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 일반적 특성은 실수와 백분율로, 취업지원 프로그램의 효과는 Paired t-test를 실시하여 분석하였다. 본 연구결과 취업스트레스는 취업지원 프로그램을 적용한 후 감소되었고 진로성숙도는 교육 전·후차이가 없었으나 하위영역인 준비성과 독립성에서는 점수가 증가하였다. 결론적으로 취업지원 프로그램은 간호대학생의 진로성숙도에서 준비성과 독립성을 향상시키고, 취업 스트레스를 감소시키는데 효과가 있음을 확인하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of career supporting program on career maturity and job stress of nursing college students. This study was conducted from March 2, 2015 to June 19, 2015. Data collected during pre and post quasi-experiments on the same group was analyzed by SPSS 21.0 program: general characteristics were analyzed based on mistakes and percentage while verification for the effects of treating the experiment was analyzed based on paired t-test. Career supporting programs was conducted one time per hour for eight sessions. The effectiveness of career supporting programs was measured using career maturity and employment stress instrument. As a result of this research, employment stress decreased after applying the employment support program. There was no difference in course maturity before and after education, but the independence of the outcome of preparation that is a subregion increased the score. In conclusion, the employment support program confirmed that the nursing college student s grown maturity to increase readiness independence and reduce employment stress.
