푸드카빙데코레이션 교육수준에 따른 주의 집중력 및취업자신감에 관한 연구: 고등학생 및 대학생을 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 푸드카빙데코레이션 교육수준에 따라서 주의집중력 수준이 얼마나 향상되는지, 취업자신감은 어떠한 차이가 있는지 규명하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 2016년 6월 7일부터 17일까지 진행되었고, 400부의 설문지를 배포하여 368부를 회수하였고, 불성실한 설문지를 제외한 352부를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 최종 분석은 SPSS 분석 패키지를 사용하였다. 분석결과, 카빙스킬수준에 높을수록 주의집중력과 취업자신감이 향상되는 경향을 보였고, 푸드카빙 고급스킬의 자격증을 취득할수록 주의집중력과 취업자신감이 향상되는 경향을 보였다. 아울러, 푸드카빙데코레이션 교육채널이 고등학교 또는 대학교 보다, 학원 및 전문교육장에서 수업을 받은 학생들의 주의집중력과 취업자신감이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과, 향후 푸드카빙데코레이션교육을 고등학교와 대학교 등에서 적극적으로 교과목으로 적용하는 것이 학생들의 주의집중력향상과 취업에 대한 자신감을 향상시키는데 긍정적인 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to explore how much concentration is enhanced based on the level of food-carving decoration education and what difference it has from job-seeking confidence. Study conducted questionnaire survey from June 7 through June 17, 2016. Out of 400 questionnaires distributed, 368 questionnaires were collected and 352 questionnaires were used for final analysis except for questionnaires with insincere answers. SPSS analysis package was used for final analysis. As the result of analysis, there was a tendency that the higher the level of carving skills, the higher the concentration and job-seeking confidence, and the higher grade of the certificate for food-carving skills, the more enhanced concentration and job-seeking confidence. In addition, students who were educated for food-carving decoration in private or professional educational institutes had higher level of concentration and job-seeking confidence than those who were educated in high schools or universities. The results of the study demonstrate that active application of food-carving decoration education to curriculums in high schools and universities plays a positive role in boosting students’ concentration and job-seeking confidence.
