국문 초록

본 연구는 정보기술수용(Technology Acceptance Model: TAM)모형을 CRS수용에 확장 적용하여 TAM 모형의 지각된 용이성과 지각된 유용성에 영향을 미치는 외부변수를 도출하고자 하였다. TAM 모형의 지각된 용이성과 지각된 유용성에 영향을 미치는 외부변수는 CRS 품질요인으로 시스템품질과 정보품질, 개인적 요인은 컴퓨터 자기효능감으로 구성하였다. 요인분석결과 CRS 품질요인은 시스템품질과 정보품질로 나누어졌고, TAM 모형의 지각된 용이성과 지각된 유용성 및 컴퓨터 자기효능감과 사용의도는 단일차원으로 구분되었다. 가설검증결과 시스템품질은 CRS의 지각된 용이성과 지각된 유용성에 유의한 영향을 미치고, 정보품질과 컴퓨터 자기효능감은 CRS의 지각된 유용성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, CRS의 지각된 용이성과 지각된 유용성은 사용의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

This study aims to test how the TAM(Technology Acceptance Model) applies to the acceptance of CRS system and to deduce the external variables of TAM. The writer is to research positively how their external variables will affect the perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness of TAM and this perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness of TAM will influence upon intention of use. The researcher divided the external variables of TAM, based on the literature study, into CRS quality factors and individual factor. And this actual factor analysis says that system quality and information quality were deduced with the CRS quality factors, computer self-efficacy was drawn with the individual factor. Also, this perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, intention of use were classified into single dimension. This hypothesis inspection showed that system quality had a meaningful effect on the perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness. Information quality and computer self-efficacy had a meaningful effect on the perceived usefulness. Perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness influenced upon intention of use.
